1. essaie de télecharger avast et de faire une analise (c'est gratuit)
2. c'est le cheval de troie qui fait ça où un programme qui est sur ton ordinateur

merci

j'ai installé avast qui a fait une analyse au redémarrage du pc, il ma détecté un fichier infecté par win32 reatkit gen, il ma ensuite demandé de choisir entre plusieurs options j'ai choisis de supprimer.

une fois l'ordinateur relancé j'ai malheureusement toujours la barre qui apparaît.....

• Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de Random/Random.

http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

• Enregistre le sur ton Bureau.

• Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.

• Clique sur "Continue" à l'écran Disclaimer.

• Si l'outil HijackThis n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu s'il te le demande)

et tu devras accepter la licence.

• Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports vont apparaître : poste les dans deux messages séparés stp

Téléchargez et enregistrez le fichier d installation sur le bureau
http://pagesperso-orange.fr/NosTools/C_XX/AD-R.exe

Double cliquez sur le fichier d'installation de AD-Remover, le programme s'installera automatiquement.
Sous Vista : clic droit sur AD-Remover et sélectionner "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur"
Au menu principal choisir
Option L Lancer le nettoyage
et tapez sur [entrée] .
Laissez travailler l'outil et ne touchez à rien ...
Postez le rapport qui apparait à la fin.

( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\Ad-report.log )

(CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

Note :Process.exe est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

Téléchargez MalwareByte's Anti-Malware

http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe

. Enregistres le sur le bureau
. Double cliques sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
. Dans l'onglet "mise à jour", cliques sur le bouton Recherche de mise à jour
. Si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation de se connecter pour malwarebytes, accepte
. Une fois la mise à jour terminé
. Rend-toi dans l'onglet, Recherche
. Sélectionnes Exécuter un examen complet
. Cliques sur Rechercher
. Le scan démarre.
. A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche : L'examen s'est terminé normalement. Cliquez sur 'Afficher les résultats' pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.
. Cliques sur Ok pour poursuivre.
. Si des malwares ont été détectés, clique sur Afficher les résultats
. Sélectionnes tout (ou laisses cochés) et cliques sur Supprimer la sélection Malwarebytes va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
. Malwarebytes va ouvrir le bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse.
. Rends toi dans l'onglet rapport/log
. Tu cliques dessus pour l'afficher, une fois affiché
. Tu cliques sur edition en haut du boc notes, et puis sur sélectionner tous
. Tu recliques sur edition et puis sur copier et tu reviens sur le forum et dans ta réponse
. tu cliques droit dans le cadre de la reponse et coller

cela peu venir de la carte graphique qui affiche mal a l'ecran les information! docn sa restera tjr (si c'est du a la CG)

aie ! et comment puis-je savoir si cela vient de la carte graphique ou pas ??

et si oui kes ki aurait pu causer cela ???

je c pas si tu conné le nom de ta CG si oui dit moi la kel!
si tu joue souvent a des jeux pc a la longue la cg a du chauffer sa me la deja fait!
sinn faut changer de pc on peu pas changer les carte graphique dun pc portable

waooo, gsper ke ce n'est pas ca car mon pc à moins d'un an et je ne joue pas du tout à des jeux dessus..... :((

mais tu vois ce problème de barres n'est pas présent en continue, cela se produit de temps en temps mais pas tout le temps, par exemple il peut rester plusieurs heures sans le faire et puis d'un coup ca commence....avec un problème de carte graphique est-ce que ce dysfonctionnement ne se ferait pas en permanence ???

sinan g regardé et g trouvé les informations suivantes dans mon PC concernant la carte graphique (dans les propriétés) je sais pas si c'est ca dont tu as besoin ????

Si sa le fé pas tout le temps sa vient certainement de l'écran ,aurait t-il eu un choc au niveau de l'écran récemment??

nan nan, sinan effectivement j'aurais mis ca sur le compte du choc.

et tu ne penses pas que cela puisse venir d'un spyware ou cheval de troie ou autre *¤!##*% de ce genre ??

nan, si cetai un virus sa ne jouerai pas avec la carte graphique, tu aurai plus des truck du genre : message d'erreur au démarrage, fichier supprimer disparu! tu voit?
sinon sa vient surement de la carte graphique ou de l'écran donc pour y remédier change de PC dsl

juste pour te dire que j'ai laissé passer un peu de temps pour voir comment réagissait mon pc mais depuis le dernier nettoyage plus de barre en bas de mon écran !!! donc voila gsper ke le pb ne reviendra pas mais koikil en soit merci d'avoir bien voulu prendre de ton temps pour m'aider....c'est super sympa.

ceci a t il été supprimé

relances RSIT et postes le rapport log pour un dernier nettoyage
