SPOILERS!! -----> unlike the anime where Georgie happily returns to Australia with her 2 brothers, in the manga, after finding her father and officially breaking up with Lowell (Laurent), Georgie tries to save Abel (who is in prison after accidentally killing a man - I forgot who it was). She disguises herself as a man for this. When she arrives in front of him, she learns that he will be executed. She tells him that she loves him and cries (obviously) and they end up uniting in prison. (not a very romantic place to lose your virginity).
Abel dies, and Georgie, who finds herself pregnant, returns to Australia where she finds Arthur and they marry and have many children (in addition to the one conceived with Abel).
There you go. She ends up with all three of them... >.>

It doesn't make me want to read the ending lol.
