bonjour poste un RSIT pour voir si on y voit des chose pas bonne , Merci

• Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de Random/Random, et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
• Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
* laisses le chois 1 month
• Clique sur "Continue" à l'écran Disclaimer.
• Si l'outil HijackThis n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu s'il te le demande) et tu devras accepter la licence.
• Une fois le scan terminé, deux rapports vont apparaître : poste les dans deux messages séparés stp

ok , rien de visible comme infection , mais bon comme on ne voit pas toujour tout sur rsit , tu va passer combofix , tu suis bien les consignes déactive bien ton anti-virus et spybot.

Télécharge Combofix.exe de sUBs sur ton Bureau,

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

Déconnectes toi d'internet et désactives ton antivirus et toutes protection résidente, pour que Combofix puisse s'exécuter normalement.

Doubles clique sur Combofix.exe
Mets le en langue française F
Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.

si il te demande d'installer la console de récuppération acceptes cela permet à combofix de réparrer les fichiers système endommager par l'infection !!!

tu Ne touches à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé. même pas la souris sauf pour répondre quand il te le demande

En fin de scan, il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le PC pour finaliser la désinfection, laisse-le faire.

Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : Poste son contenu

Réactives la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à Internet.

Note : Le rapport se trouve également là : C:\Combofix.txt

Télécharge Zeb-Restore http://telechargement.zebulon.fr/zeb-restore.html enregistre ce fichier sur le bureau.

-Clic droit Zeb-Restore.zip ==> Extraire tout choisis comme lieu d'enregistrement le bureau.
-Ouvre le dossier ZR_1.0.0.37 ==> double clic sur Zeb-Restore.exe
- Coches toutes les cases
-Clique sur Restaurer
-Redémarre ton PC

Il m'indique un message d'erreur : erreur d'exécution '75'
Je redémarre quand même le PC ?

oui , et puis si pareil tu le referas mais en cochant case par case et comme cela on verra sur quoi il as bloqué !!

En fait j'ai quand même redémarré mais le problème reste le même.

ok c'est cela que je voulais réparrer car il y a de chose dedans qui me plaise pas plus que cela tu vas essaier de le réparrer avec r-hosts tu déactives spybot pour pas qu'il nous bloque

tu l'enregistre sur le bureau
tu double-cliques sur hosts
puis sur Restaurer
tu confirmes par OK et puis tu fermes la fenêtre et redémarres et regarde si c'est bon

Le pb persiste après le redémarrage.
Est-ce normal que lorque je clique sur restaurer sur Rhosts j'ai l'impression qu'il ne se passe rien ?

bonjour, oui normal quand tu passes r-hosts tu as l'impression que rien de se passe mais il a bossé, tu vas faire analyser cela C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\RMC.exe sur virus total et puis faire un List&Kill'em pour voir si on trouve quelque chose , merci à gen-hackman qui est passé et m'a aiguillé sur cela !!

1) Rends toi sur ce site :

https://www.virustotal.com/gui/

Clique sur parcourir et cherche ce fichier :RMC.exe en suivant le chemin C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers

Clique sur envoyer le lien.

Un rapport va s'élaborer ligne à ligne.

Attends la fin. Il doit comprendre la taille du fichier envoyé.

Sauvegarde le rapport avec le bloc-note.

Copie le dans ta réponse.

Si VirusTotal indique que le fichier a déjà été analysé, clique sur le bouton Ré-analyse le fichier maintenant.

2) Desactives la protection residente de ton antivirus et ton parefeu et anti-spyware si present , le temps du scan

passes List&Kill'em

télécharges le sur le bureau : http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/829108531491024/List_Killem.zip

dézipes le avec un clique droit et extraire tous ou ici !!

il ne demande pas d'installation tu doubles cliques dessus " pour vista clique droit et en tant que administrateur "

tu mets f pour français et valides avec entrée

tu choisis 1= Mode Recherche et entrée tu le laisse travailler et tu postes le rapport

il est sinon conservé à la racine du disque système

Je suis bloquée car j'ai 2 fichiers RMC avec une icone différente je choisis quoi ?
Je ne voudais pas faire une erreur...

ok dans ce cas tu fais afficher les fichier cachés et comme cela tu auras l'extention tu devrais en avoir un avec .exe c'est celui ci qu'il faut faire analyser

Affiches les dossiers cachés:

.ouvres le poste de travail
.cliques sur Outils en haut
. Options des dossiers
.onglet Affichage
.actives la case Afficher les fichiers et dossiers cachés.
.désactives la case Masquer les extensions des fichiers dont le type est connu
.désactives la case Masquer les fichiers protégés du système d'exploitation
.une boite de dialogue te prévient que c'est risqué tu mets oui
.cliques sur Appliquer à tous les dossiers
.cliques sur appliqué et OK
tu fais ce que tu as à faire et une fois fini penses à remettre les dossiers cachés
.ouvres le poste de travail
.cliques sur Outils en haut
.Options des dossiers
.onglet Affichage
.cliques sur paramètres par défaut
