Problem launching the batman game

Hello,
After having no installation issues, when I try to launch the game Batman Arkham Asylum it says "secu launcher failed to start application. [9000]

I don't know what to do, could someone please help me?

Configuration: Windows 7 Firefox 3.0.16

    go to this link Download the DLL file https://www.dll-files.com/msvcr71.dll.html
    extract the archive then copy msvcr71.dll to c:/windows/system and the game should work

      Indeed, I had the same error message and copying this dll into the /windows/system directory removed it.

      I have the same problem, could you do it with TeamViewer or something like that, you connect to my computer and do it?
