Pocket pc. password issue

Hello,
I have an HP Ipaq Pocket PC x11 21204 that is asking for a password, and I don't remember it. Is there any software to flash the Pocket PC? Or other solutions? Thank you
Configuration: Windows XP Opera 9.80

    Uh... you go to Start, All Programs, Accessories, and there you should have the Command Prompt ;) .

      I think you didn't fully understand my problem. The password is required first before anything else is displayed. So, I can't access Start, All Programs, Accessories...

    Thank you guys. I found the solution. I did a hard reset. I pressed the calendar (extreme left) + Wi-Fi or iTask (extreme right) + a tap with the stylus on the reset button.
