Problème fenetre

Bonjour,

J'ai depuis peu cette fenêtre qui s'ouvre tout le temps. Je ne parviens pas a lancer Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (même en mode sans échec) et impossible d'installer Spybot (à la fin de l'installation le pc plante et redemarre).
