[hijackthis] et ordi qui rame

Bonjour à tous les forumeurs !

Au risque d'être peu original j'ai mon pc qui rame énormément et mon ventilo qui parfois s'emballe pour rien (parfois même lorsque le pc est en veille).

J'ai donc fait un hijackthis puisqu'il semble que se soit le meilleur outils pour que vous puissiez m'aider. Le rapport suit.

PS: je suis une vrai bille en informatique donc merci si vous pouvez adapter vos réponses à mon niveau
PS1: cet ordi est aussi mon outils de travail et je ne souhaite pas mettre en péril mon travail
