PC infecté ! youpih !!! --' Résolu

Question

Bonjour,
Je viens de me rendre compte (ou du moin je croi) que j'ai un certain nombre de virus sur mon ordinateur.
J'ai donc utilisé avira qui a en effet découvert des chevals de troie. J'ai peur que ces virus viennent d'un programme que j'ai téléchargé qui normalement devait être un patch pour un jeu. Le .exe (je suis sous windows xp) en double cliquant donc sur ce fichier mistére rien ne s'installé et le .exe a disparu du bureau sans allez dans la corbeille (bizarre). Depuis dés que je lance firefox avira signale que mon pc est infecté par un cheval de troie. J'ai donc décidé de désinstaller firefox et de le reprendre avec explorer le probléme c'est que quand je lance explorer il se ferme sans aucun message d'erreur au bout de quelque seconde.
Depuis à chaque fois que je scan avec avira je touve des chevals de troie (ils se multiplient vitte je trouve).
Le probléme peut aussi venir de la manifique bourde que j'ai faite juste aprés avoir télécharger le .exe. Je suis reallez sur internet et la je suis tomber sur un site malveillant (d'aprés le message rouge) et un mesage du site commença a me dire que mon pc été infecté avec une barre de chargement (montrant le téléchargement de plein de ptit copain pour les chevals de troie)... enfin bref que mon pc allez y passer pauvre de lui ='(
Je voudrais savoir si il y a un moyen de retrouver le .exe disparu et de sauver mon pc sans avoir a lui faire un formatage (sorte de lavage de cerveau)

Au minimun un scan de diagnostic relatant l'état du pc avant toute intervention....
et un autre après l'outil demandé afin de voir l'évolution de la situation !

Bsr
avira détecte les virus et les supprime
ce sont des trojan (cheval ou chevaux de troie) que t'as chopé, et un rogue en plus (faux logiciels de sécurité)

installe ce logiciel, met à jour et scan ton pc à fond , supprime tout ce qu'il trouve et post le rapport

Voila ce que ça a donné
tu n'est pas sorti de l'auberge
il faut supprimer tous les fichiers temporaires, cookies, prefetch, points de restauration où sont enregistrés les entrées et sorties de données

je te conseille d'installer un parefeu (zonealarm) et un antispyware (spybotSD) d'urgence
et d'apprendre à les configurer pour une meilleure protection 
ces trois logiciels gardent tous mes pc et ceux de mes amis à l'abri

Ok pour la suppression des fichier temporaire un coup de ccleaner suffit ? Et est-ce que le pare-feu va poser un quelconque problème avec les jeux car je joue beaucoup sur internet à des jeux comme call of duty 6 ect ...

oK pour ccleaner, mais uniquement les fichiers temporaires, surtout pas le registre

mon fils joue à WOW en ligne derrière zonealarm, si ça peux te rassurer

cela se passe simplement , après l'installation, dès qu'un exécutable demande l'accès au net, ZA le bloque et demande ton autorisation, dès que cette autorisation et validé et enregistré, l'exécutable est toujours autorisé

Ok merci pour ton aide. Par contre pour le registre tu veux dire que il ne faut pas le ccleané ou que ccleaner ne peut pas le faire ?Et est-ce que ccleaner a fait le grand nettoyage des méchants fichiers ou il faut un autre aspirateur à méchant logiciel (sachant que j'ai pris spybot sd et que je vais prendre le firewall)?

En tout cas même si tu fais au pifomètre cela me satisfait amplement j'ai apprécier que tu me donne les meilleurs logiciels gratuit (j'entends par la que beaucoup de personnes recommandent malwarebytes ainsi que spybot) et puis je n'était pas très rassurer par tous ces virus et j'ai apprécier aussi le fait que tu me dises quoi faire ensuite (je n'avais aucun firewall et anti-spy programme) Je me voyais même déjà formater ^^ radical mais très très chiant comme méthode ^^.

Ok 

Ton Log.txt montre déja qu'il reste une infection liée à tes supports amovibles !!!!

==> RSIT génère également un "info.txt" réduit ds la barre de taches
==> Postes le stp.....(Sinon tu le trouveras dans  C:\rsit  )

Ok je cour chercher le info.txt sinon j'hésite pour un firewall il me faudrait un facile (ou moins facile) a utiliser mais surtout un en francais. Connais-tu un site ou on peut en avoir un ? et avec un tutoriel ?

J'ai un petit problème en copiant le info.txt tout va bien cependant quand je fait ajouter pour ajouter le message il me met que le message a bien été poster sur le forum mais ne me dit pas que je peut revenir a la discussion et ne se poste pas ici je l'ai déjà envoyer trois fois je ne voudrais pas passez pour un spammeur en l'envoyant a un autre endroit (pourtant je fais la même manip que pour un message normal)
Une autre indication je ne peux pas  modifier le message car on me dit qu'il a été modéré.
Dés que ce pépin est résolu je le poste

lors de l'install ; ne t'inscris pas à la news letter, n'installe jamais de toolbar, prends le logiciel free et pas de suite ou d'autre logiciels proposés

ne cherche pas à fignoler la config du parefeu va au plus simple ou laisse faire auto, il n'y a que le curseur parefeu à positionner en moyen ou élevé (élevé pour toi tant spybot n'est pas configuré)

Je voulais juste savoir as-tu eut des problèmes quelconque avec cette défense ? Pour mettre a jour ou autre chose indispensable ?
Pour savoir à quoi m'attendre dans quelque semaine,mois ou années.

pas plus qu'avec d'autres, et s'il y a un blem, on désinstalle et on met la nouvelle version, pas besoin de "removal tools" comme chez norton mcafee ou avast

spybot
mettre à jour
lancer un scan
supprimer tout ce qu'il trouve

passe en mode "avancé"
ferme IE ou FFx
lance la vaccination
à refaire 1X par mois (suite à nouvelle install ou update)

Wow sa marche pas mal zonealarm j'ai détecté un programme nommé realconventer.exe qui est décrit comme malicieu sur internet. Tu peux m'aider a m'en débarrasser ? Je ne sais pas comment le faire avec zonealarm il me demande si je l'autorise (il aura pas cette chance) ou si je lui refuse l'accès au réseau local
