Issue with Wireless Mobility Lab Mouse

Hello,
I have a problem with my new mouse.
I can't connect it to my computer.
I'm told to press the sync button on the computer's receiver, but I can't find the button at all!!!!!
And because of that, the light isn't blinking at all!!!!!
Can you please help me????

Hello,
For my part, it works very well except sometimes when it's no longer synchronized. To resynchronize it, just press the button on the receiver once and then the button under the mouse.
For me, it didn't work the first time so I unplugged, plugged back in the receiver, and applied the same process and it works perfectly again.

I have exactly the same problem as you....

I bought this mouse... and I can't get it to work.

The computer recognizes it, but the diode doesn't light up on the receiver, and I can't use the mouse :(

I hope to find a bit of help here...

no need to redo the operation, a simple left click will wake it up.
you just need to read the documentation that is provided with it ....

Same problem, I managed to sync it with the computer but every time I start it I have to go through the same procedure otherwise it doesn't work... In reality, this mouse is a real piece of junk, not really reliable, avoid buying it at all costs!

The sync button is located on the mouse receiver. You also need to press the reception button underneath the mouse... Mine worked for a week and since then it's impossible to sync it...
