Pouriez-vous interprêter mon log hijackthis?

Bonjour,
et bien voilà, j'ai des petits soucis avec mon pc sous windows Vista qui rame de plus en plus. J'ai un antivirus à jour, j'ai passé mon pc sous ad aware, spybot et AVG qui me donnent des scans nikels, mais rien à faire, ça rame toujours. Alors j'ai décidé sur les conseils de comment sa marche d'utiliser Hijackthis et de m'en remettre à vous! Donc si quelqu'un veut bien prendre le temps et la peine de m'aider, je lui en serai grandement reconnaissant!
