Comment supprimer fichier 0 octet inexistant

Bonjour,
J'ai installer sur mon pc le logiciel bullzip pdf printer pour enregistrer des pages web en format pdf, j'ai voulu enregistrer une page web mais mon pc c'est déconnecter d'internet et depuis j'ai un fichier sans extension sur mon bureau a 0 octet que je ne peut pas supprimer car quand je veut le supprimer il me dit élément introuvable vérifier son emplacement j'ai essayer de trouver la solution sur plusieurs forum mais j'en ai pas trouver
merci d'avance pour vos réponses

    salut merci de ta réponse mais j'ai déjà essayer le mode sans échec et sans succés et pour unlocker je n'arrive pas a installer le programme apparemment pas compatible avec windows 7 64 bit

    bonjour
    en effet Unlocker n'est pas compatible Win 7 64 Bits .
    mais essaye avec RevoUninstaller
    compatible Win 7 32 Bits mais je ne sais pas pour le 64 Bits .

      J'ai le même problème: 4 noms de fichiers existent dans un dossier, mais lorsque je veux les supprimer, il m'est répondu qu'ils n'existent pas.

      - Casamento - Entrada dançante na cerimónia.wmv
      - Fw_ Vous avez dit _pandémie_ _.eml
      - Fw_ Vous avez dit _pandémie_ _(2).eml
      - TR_ TR_ Fw_ tr_ toutes les femmes méritent ce titre.eml

      J'ai exécuté RSIT dont j'ai inclus le rapport ci-après, mais je ne comprends rien au contenu.

    Double-Cliquer sur RSIT.exe

    Si hijackthis n'est pas installer ou n'est pas à jour, RSIT se chargera de télécharger la dernière version
    et il faudra accepter le disclaimer.

    Poster ensuite les deux rapports (log.txt et info.txt) =)

    perso je ne peut t'aider plus loin .
