Remove a stamp from a photo.

Hello,
I would like to remove a seal (school stamp) from a color school photo. Is there any software capable of achieving this feat? I would really love to recover this photo without the seal; it's the only copy I have left. Thank you for your help.
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 8.0

    If you know how to use "Paint" well... it's possible.
