Hello, I've been playing Pokémon Platinum on an emulator for a while, but I can't load a save file.
I save in "file" then "write snapshot," then I select "load snapshot," but it tells me "rom-image has crashed" and closes the emulator. If this isn't the right technique for saving, please let me know the correct method. But if it is the right one, please tell me how I can save successfully.

No, that's not it. You take screenshots (at least I think so). You need to save directly from the game as if you were playing on the DS!
Tell me again. -
I already tried to save normally, but when I restart the emulator, the game starts over from the beginning.

Go look in the game or emulator files.
Then you don't have in open --> save file something like XD. -
