Well, here it is, after long research I found the solution. First, download No$GBA 2.6 from this link: http://www.emu-france.com/?page=fichiers&idMachine=223
and download the folder with all the utilities from the other No$GBA link: http://www.emu-passion.com/...
So, you have all the BIOS, etc... delete the version of the folder with all the utilities and replace it with version 2.6
Go into the emulator settings and set NDS cartridge backup media to auto so that the saves work on all the ROMs
PS: do not use the save patch and do not put the firmware in the battery folder otherwise it will bug, OK.

I recommend using the DeSmuME emulator even though Pokémon Platinum/Diamond/Pearl might be a bit slow, the save feature works very well ;)
pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
I don’t know how to make Pokémon Pearl work, please help me, I beg youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu
PS: dude, if you don’t have that, go to Pokémon Trash and on rooms you will see at the bottom of the page how to save.

J'AI TROUVÉ UN EMULATEUR PARFAIT QUAND JE JOUES À POKEMON PERLE, JE PEUX SAUVEGARDER NORMALLEMENT LE SON ET NET L'IMAGE AUSSİ. J'AI APPORTÉ QUELQUES MODIFICATIONS À NO$GBA, SI ÇA VOUS INTÉRESSE DITE-MOI, J'ENVOIE LE LIEN.
Come on guys, you just need to know how to properly configure no$gba 2.6a. Plus, there are tutorials that explain how to make the emulator work. Don't forget that you need a powerful computer, but no$gba 2.6a is the latest and the best of the NDS emulators, so we just have to wait for another one that is well-performing and sophisticated.
Hello everyone, I have a problem using the Explorakit on No$gba:
When I use it, the save is fine, the hole in the tunnel forms where the guy jumps in and then I get a black screen, and then it shows me "Communication error, you will be returned to the main screen, etc..." How can I use it? :o

Hello =),
I have the same problem as BN, I've searched, but I can't find anything =/.
I hope someone can respond to his problem, which is also mine.
Thank you.

euh... otherwise on no$gba you go to option > emulation setup > nds cartridge backup media > FLASH 256 Bytes
Listen, go to this site to find out how to save http://www.pokemon-legendary.com/diamant_perle/tuto_dp.txt
Thank you Aymerik, thanks to your site I was able to save my game, but when I was playing for a while, I changed something with the sound. I didn't want to wait for the sound, but I had to, otherwise it would stop when I knocked out a Pokémon. But it's okay as long as I can save, it'll be fine, I'll try to manage.
C'est simple, tu lances no$gba.
I do it like this
emulation speed, LCD refresh:
unlimited mhz-disaster, 50 percent
afterwards
NDS cartridge backup media:
EEPROM 64kbytes
and you restart the game, then you put: save option
