Hello,
I can no longer turn on my PC (running Windows XP) except in debug mode. I wanted to solve this problem with a system restore to an earlier date, but unfortunately it doesn't work.
Additionally, I don't have a Windows installation CD, and I would like to find a solution without having to reformat my PC to avoid losing any of my data.

I am reaching out to you. I had read that to access safe mode, the PC needed to be set to "safe boot," so that’s what I did. I then had to restart the PC, and since then it won't boot up. Even by pressing F8, none of the options provided yield results. I can no longer turn on my PC; I really need your help.
I managed to take note of the error my PC is showing; here it is:
***STOP: 0x0000007B (0xF78A6524,0xC0000034,0x00000000,0x00000000)
If someone can provide assistance, I would be very grateful. I have to write to you from my work computer; I will check back this afternoon and tomorrow to see if anyone has found a solution to my problem.
