Aide pour nettoyage / desinfection eventuelle

Bonjour,

Voila j'ai de problemes assez bizard sous windows 7 :

Mes programmes se desinstallent tous seul !

Mon antivir gratuit à jour, Malwarebyte's antispyware, Spybot ainsi que gmer ne detectent rien de special.

Je me retrouve avec juste les traces de mes programmes dans program files !
Je precise qu'Antivir reste activé et que "les desinstallation" se produisent sans rebooter le pc !
Evidement il n'y a que moi qui utilise le PC ...

Je joins le rapport Hijackthis si ca peut aider.
