SC672 error code on Ricoh MP5000 photocopier

Hello, I have a serious problem with a Ricoh MP5000 copier. When I turn it on, the touchscreen freezes and a few seconds later it displays code SC 672. I disconnected and reconnected the controller board and all the other boards at the back of the machine but nothing changes. I replaced the NVRAM with a new one but still the same issue. Now I don't know what to do. Please help me. My email is koneada6@yahoo.fr

Disconnect the hard drive and reboot.
If the problem persists, it's the controller.
