Virus a effacer

avec quoi as-tu fais scan? anti-virus en ligne!! si c'est le cas tu aurais du côcher corriger ou effacer une fois analyse effectuée, tu as été voir là:http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/fr/activescan_principal.htm

salut,
supprime ce qui st en gras:
C:\WINDOWS\taveys.dat
C:\WINDOWS\rpkhll.dat
C:\Program Files\Norton AntiVirus\Quarantine\Incoming\AP0.dat
C:\FOUND.023\FILE0000.CHK < si tu connais found tu supprime juste les file..infecté !
si found t es inconnu supprime tous ceux qui apparraisent ds le scan

refais un scan pour verification

tiens moi au courant

si tu as des question, je suis a ta disposition

Bien:

- j ai fait le scan avec RAV antivirus, le seul antivirus qui ne plante pas pendant le scan, bien que j ai coche autoclean, il ne m enleve pas les virus.

- les fichiers mentiones sont introuvables (meme pas en fichier cahe) meme quand je fais un search.
donc je ne peux pas du tout les effacer.

que dois je faire maintenant?

je suis tres inquiet et je veux que ces virus disparraissent maintenent dans mon pc donc je te demande de l aide s'il te plait va mon secour
