How to change locked screen wallpaper

At my school, we all have an “appropriate” computer, but it has a locked wallpaper, so it's impossible to change it.
Here’s the question: how can I change this famous wallpaper knowing that (yes, because it would be too easy ^^) I am not the admin and I don’t have access to the command prompt, as it is blocked by the administrator.
