Bonjour,
mon amie m'a apporte son pc portable, en me disant qu'il rame et bloque on ne peut plus rien faire,
je demarre en mode sans echec, effectu un nettoyage et reparation d'erreurs via ccleaner, puis passe en reparation windows (touche F8) un peu de resultat puisqu'il demarre de nouveau
MAIS ...
plus de son, plus de centre de securite, plus d'internet tout a disparu j'ai besoin d'aide SVP
je ne sais plus quoi faire :(

      je n'ai pas desinstaller tous les programmes ni mème de drivers,
      j'ai essayer de desinstaller, ce que mon amie pense etre la cause du probleme, c'est à dire :
      des emoticones qu'elle a telecharger juste avant que le portable ne fonctionne plus correctement
      d'ailleurs j'ai fait un scan complet avec avast qui ne trouve rien

      Je te suggère de poster du côté virus/sécurité pour vérifier s'il y a infection. Tu vas me dire qu'avast n'a rien trouvé, mais ca ne rien dire. Il y a des bestioles qui s'installent et que ca prend des logiciels spéciaux pour les éradiquer.

      Va là --> virus sécurité, ils vont faire une analyse de ton système. S'il y a infection, ils vont te proposer les logiciels qu'il te faut selon le type d'infection.

    Bonjour,
    Fais une vérification des fichiers système et tenter de réparer --> Va dans démarrer, tous les programmes, accessoires, clic droit sur invite des commandes, choisis exécuter en tant qu'administrateur et valide, tape: sfc /scannow et enter. Il se peut qu'on te demande d'insérer le CD/DVD vista.

      je sais que vista est nul mais je n'ai pas de cd d'installation ni pour xp pro ni pour vista ni pour quoi que ce soit d'autre
      je n'ai mème pas acces a la gestion des disques pour voir s'il y a une partition cachée

    ! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours !

    • Double clique sur "FindyKill.exe" pour lancer l'installation et laisse les paramètres d'instalation par défaut .

    • Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...)

    • Double-clique sur le raccourci FindyKill qui est sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil .

    • Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] .

    • Au second menu Choisis l'option " 1 " (recherche) et tape sur [entrée]

    ? Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...

    • Relance "FindyKill" : au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] .

    • Le pc va redémarrer automatiquement ...

    et pas de trace de suppression op 2....bizarre!

    Fais ceci stp:

    Télécharge RSIT (de random/random) sur le bureau :

    - Double clique sur RSIT.exe qui est sur le bureau
    - Clique sur "Continue" dans la fenêtre
    - RSIT téléchargera HijackThis si il n’est pas présent où détecté, alors il faudra accepter la licence
    - Poste le contenu de log.txt plus info.txt (réduit ds la barre de taches) à la fin de l’analyse .

    Les rapports sont dans le dossier ici C:\rsit

      le probleme c'est que je n'est pas de cd de restauration, donc pas de driver, ni d'acces au retauration systeme ni a la gestion de disque pour voir s'il y a une partition cachée
      comment faire ? je ne sais plus ...

      j'ai essayer de reparer via F8 mais sa ne fonctionne pas non plus et mon amie n'a plus de cd de restauration c'est la mouise quoi !
      je vais essayer de joindre toshiba pour voir s'ils veulent bien m'envoyer le cd en question

      j'en sais rien je n'ai pas d'acces !!!
      si tu peux me dire comment y acceder je me ferais un plaisir de te repondre
      sa me dit tout le temps que windows n'est pas autoriser acceder a la gestion des disques ou de la restauration
