Hello,
I have Aqueri Cities XL but I can’t play in single player mode. How to do it because when I enter my login and password it doesn’t connect. Thanks for your next information
PS:

my network card is an Nvidia nForce 10/100/1000 Mbps integrated into the nForce 720a

    Hi,
    Try reinstalling the game, and then re-register on the Cities XL website. It should work normally. After entering your login, click on "play" and you will see a menu where you can normally choose between Planet mode or Solo mode.

    yes I installed it three times but nothing :-( we can’t play without internet connection because on the site it says a specific port must be open to play I checked my firewall they accept everything cities xl...

    It seems you have to download the updates before registering: you need to have version 1.1.0.457 instead of 1.0...

    Try to contact the French technical support for Cities XL, otherwise... I'm sorry but I'm not skilled enough to help you. Maybe your computer is not properly configured for the game. =/

      I have the same problem and I’m on Vista I DO NOT UNDERSTAND!!!
      they tell me that the server is "momentarily unavailable" for 4 days while the game has been installed and the online account works? "the connection is lost try to reconnect"
      if someone has a solution :(
