Bonjour,
je suis victime très certainement de ce trojan.

Impossible de scanner ou de ré-installer une antivirus = echec à l'install,

le pare-feu MSWindows est neutralisé. J'ai lancé une recherche sur le forum pour visionner une manoeuvre mais sans succès.

J'hésite beaucoup à formater : ma machine est mon outil de travail : je suis interveant en formation prof et je gère qq sites en CMS.

    •Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) et enregistre le sur ton bureau.

    Double clique sur RSIT.exe pour lancer l'outil.
    Clique sur ' continue ' à l'écran Disclaimer.
    Si l'outil HIjackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera et tu devras accepter la licence.
    Une fois le scan fini, 2 rapports vont apparaître. Poste le contenu des 2 rapports séparément. Ils se trouvent sur c :

    je n'ai plus de connection web sur la machine fixe: j'utilise un portable. J'ai téléchargé RSIT puis transféré avec une clé USB: est-ce que je peux récupérer les log avec cette clé pour les poster.

    Est-ce que je ne vais pas infecter ma machine de secours ?

    /!\ne fais rien du pc infecté vers pc qui fonctionne :-)

    télécharges ceci et mets le sur ta clé usb, copie le sur le bureau du pc infecté et lance le :

    •Téléchargez FindyKill sur le Bureau.

    • Double-cliquez sur FindyKill présent sur le Bureau.
    • Choisissez l'option 2 (supression).
    • Laissez travailler l'outil.
    • Ensuite postez le rapport FindyKill.txt qui apparaîtra (si vous avez créé un sujet sur un forum pour vous faire aider).
    • Note : Le rapport FindyKill.txt est sauvegardé à la racine du disque (C:\FindyKill.txt).

    (CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller)

      J'ai lancé FindyKill mais là depuis 30 mn il est planté sur un fichier : images_classic.zip qui ressemble étrangement à l'archive cause du problème.

    /!\ Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptible d'avoir été infectées sans les ouvrir

    • Double clic sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau .
    /!\Utilisateur de Vista : Clique droit sur le logo de USBFIX, « exécuter en tant qu’Administrateur »

    • Choisis l'option 2 (suppression)

    • Laisse travailler l'outil.

    • Ensuite post le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra.

    • Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )

    ( CTRL+A Pour tout sélectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

    • Note : "Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool.
    Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus.
    Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

      merci pour votre aide , j'ai vraiment le sentiment d'avoir fait un grand pas en avant

      dans l'univers impitoyable du code .exe !

      Une excellent remise en jambe après de nombreuses années sans incident .

      Et grâce à vous les Robin des Bois du Clavier et du CPU , nous avons résisté au forces sombres du mal!!

      A partir de malekal.com j'ai lancé Dr.Web qui traite ce trojan. apparemment je n'ai qu'un fichier .exe d'infecté.

      Que conseillez vous comme antivirus à mettre en place ?

    mais je ne te cache pas qu'il faut se préparer peut être, après la désinfection bien entendu, pour une réparation de système, voir reformatage :-(

    pour l'instant Dr.WEB est entrain de scanner.

    ma carte réseau est en défaut : je vais desinstaller puis redémarrer le pc pour qu'elle se réinstalle.

    est-ce qu'en mode sans échec la carte réseau sera-t-elle ré-installée?

    je sais que usbfix ne traite pas le virut :-(
    c'était juste pour contrôler un autre soucis :-)

    dans certains cas, Dr web ne fait pas grande chose , mais bon, je suis :-)

    à voir si le pilote n'est pas endommagé pour la carte réseau !!! , il faut essayer :-)
    au pire, windows va lui attribuer un pilote par défaut pour la connexion, à voir

    Je suis assez d'accord avec toi....surtout vu l'ancienneté de l'infection :

    Désolé migguelitoo ....mais cela se finira sans doute par un formatage !
