Horizontal lines on my Philips flat screen

Hello,
For the past two days, I have had two horizontal lines on my Philips 170C flat screen as if the pixels were dead.
The lines remain highlighted (white), so I suppose the pixels are not dead.
The problem is not coming from my graphics card because it persists even when I connect the flat screen as an output from my laptop.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
