Hello,
I have a big problem with my TV screen (not my graphics card or a wrong manipulation as I have seen on many forums) but indeed my LCD screen.
The image and menus on all sources are inverted. The bottom is at the top, the left is on the right.
I finished watching a DVD before going to bed, put the screen on standby and the next morning my girlfriend wanted to check her emails and noticed that the image was inverted. I first thought it was an issue with my computer's graphics card, but the problem does not come from there because once I disconnected it, the laptop screen works perfectly, and the TV screen is still inverted, even with over-the-air images or the display of different menus.
32" Samsung LCD screen. Bought just under a year ago.
I have already:
- reset the image
- restored factory settings.
- updated the firmware.
- spent hours online looking for a solution.
- called local customer service.
Please spare me the good joke "just turn your TV around haha!" -_- "that everyone tells me and that doesn’t really make me laugh anymore, you’ll understand I think...
Please help.

Yes, I solved the problem. In fact, I double-checked my invoices and it was still under warranty. So, I took it to customer service and they did the manipulation in the hidden menu. You can do it yourself as long as you pay attention to what you modify. Basically, it's the TV's BIOS.
I can't tell you more.
Don't forget that accessing this menu voids your warranty, so make sure it's no longer in effect.
Good luck.

Hello my brother, I entered this hidden menu. My screen is showing a variation of red, white, blue, and green colors. How can I stop this?
