Hooklib.dll n'est pas une image windows valid

Bonjour,

Précision: j'utilise une clé 3G empruntée. Je ne peux donc pas rester connecté en permanance. Je dois la rendre dans 2 jours...

Mon probleme:
Suite à une mise a jour de Parental Filter 2, j'ai le message suivant qui s'affiche:
"wcescomm.exe-Image incorrecte
L'application ou la dll C:\Program Files\Parental filter 2\hoohlib.dll n'est pas une image Windows valide."

Puis, une fois validé, le message suivant s'affiche:
"Proprietes des appareils mobiles
la protocole de transport réseau TCP/IP n'est pas installé"

Je ne peux alors plus me connecter à Internet.

Impossible de désinstaler Parental Filter 2 car la dll hooklib est également utilisée pour cela. Le serpend qui se mord la queue.

Merci d'avance pour toute aide sachant que je n'aurait pas la clé 3G très longtemps.

Je pense me reconnecter vers 12h00 environ pour voir s'il y a des réponses...

1) Telecharge

-- CCleaner
https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/download
Choisi de préférence la version SLIM-No Toolbar.
Installe-le en prenant soin de décocher les diverses options dont la barre Yahoo et la mise à jour.
Lance CCleaner puis Clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures".
Pour les autres paramètres, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut.
Ferme le programme pour l’instant.



2) Redémarre en mode sans échec

Au redémarrage de l'ordinateur, une fois le chargement du BIOS terminé, il y a un écran noir qui apparaît rapidement, appuie sur la touche [F8] (ou [F5] sur certains pc) jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows.
Sélectionner "Mode sans échec" et appuie sur [Entrée]
Il faudra choisir ta session habituelle, pas le compte "Administrateur" ou une autre.

(toujours en mode sans echecs)
3) désinstalle ton contrôle parentale via panneau de config / ajout suppression de programmes
Si celas ne fonctionne pas va dans programmes files : C:/program files

Cherche le fichier de ton contrôle parentales et supprime le : clic droit supprimer.



(toujours en mode sans echecs)
4) Suppression de fichiers inutiles avec CCleaner et nettoyage de registre

Lance CCleaner en double-cliquant sur son raccourci sur le bureau.
Puis dans le menu Nettoyeur
Clique sur Analyse (laisser travailler cela peut durer longtemps la 1ere fois)
Clique sur le bouton Lancer le nettoyage.
Clique une seconde fois sur le bouton Lancer le nettoyage
clique sur registre cherche et répare les erreurs effectue trois fois la manip pour que se sois efficace !

5) ensuite redémarre en mode normal (il te suffit de faire redémarrer ton pc tout simplement)

Merci beaucoup ML King pour ton aide.
En fait, suite à ta procédure, je n’ai plus de référence au premier message concernant hooklib.dll mais j’ai toujours celui qui indique :
« Proprietes des appareils mobiles
la protocole de transport réseau TCP/IP n'est pas installé ».
Dans la barre des tâches, les deux icônes du réseau et du wifi ont un triangle jaune d’avertissement. Suite au clic droit puis « réparer », un message indique que la connexion au réseau sans fil n’a pu être menée à bien.
Donc, toujours pas d’internet.

Si vous avez une idée, je suis ultra preneur !

bonjour, on va regarder si il n'y aurais pas une petite bête qui se cacherait .

Télécharge ici :

http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

random's system information tool (RSIT) par andom/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau.

Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer RSIT.

Clique Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront.

Poste le contenu de log.txt (<<qui sera affiché)
ainsi que de info.txt (<<qui sera réduit dans la Barre des Tâches).

NB : Les rapports sont sauvegardés dans le dossier C:\rsit

Bonjour, désolés du retard, en ce moment j'ai pas mal de TAf ;-)


Télécharges ComboFix à partir d'un de ces liens :

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

Et important, enregistre le sur le bureau.

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

► Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours( débranche ton câble Ethernet).

► Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.


Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

► Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

► Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

Bonjour ML King,

Mes excuses pour la réaction tardive mais je n'avais pas rallumé d'ordinateur depuis mon dernier message...
ça ne m'était pas arrivé depuis des années!

Ayant momentanément accès à internet depuis un autre ordi, j'ai suivi tes instructions.

Attention:
Je croyais avoir arrêté tous les guards mais j'ai eu une alerte de combofix me disant que le scanner d'antivir était tout de même actif.
J'ai alors fait le choix de désinstaller l'antivirus pour être sûr qu'il n'interfererait pas n'ayant justement pas d'accès internet sur le pc concerné.
La fin de la désinstallation de l'antivir me proposait de redémarrer l'ordi. Je n'ai pas osé car combofix était lancé.
Il a donc détecté qu'il restait un scanner antivir actif.

De plus, un message demandait de télécharger la console de récupération windows pour faire une analyse plus poussée du système.
J'ai été obligé de répondre non car l'ordi concerné n'a justement pas accès à internet!

Au secours !!!

Je suis encore avec mon problème, c'est à dire sans accès Internet.
Si quelqu'un a les compétences et le temps d'analyser les logs qui m'ont été demandés, je lui serais reconnaissant jusqu'à sa septième génération...
Je m'excuse par avance de ne pas pouvoir lire les réponses rapidement mais d'où j'habite, les accès Internet me sont limités.

Merci d'avance (beaucoup, beaucoup) de m'aider à sortir de cette longue impasse.

bonsoir, désolés je suis très pris, essaie de désinstaller ton pare feu, Zonealarm, désinstallé le completement.
redemarrer ton pc,. et essaie de te connecter a internet.
Si celas ne fonctionne pas, ouvre ton gestionnaire de peripheriques ( demarrer/ panneau de configuration/ systeme et maintenance/ gestionnaire de peripherique) et dit moi si tu a un point d'interrogation ou d'exclamation jaunes quelques part.

Bonjour,

Pas de soucis sur le fait que tu sois occupé.
C'est très bizarre.
J'ai allumé l'ordi ce matin et ........... il fonctionne. J'ai accès à Internet et je n'ai plus de message d'erreur alors que je n'ai strictement rien fait depuis l'autre fois!
Dois-je m'inquiéter quand même?
En attendant, je vais en profiter et surtout, je te remercie beaucoup de t'être penché sur mon cas.

Bonjour, quel est la marque et la référence de ton portable, stp?(il a des soucis en se moment avec certaines marque de pc)

Dans tous les cas,

rend toi sur ce site: (tous les drivers)

https://www.touslesdrivers.com/index.php?v_page=29

installe le petit module supplémentaire ensuite lance la détection, il va scanner ton pc pour te trouver les derniers drivers pour ton portable, une fois qu'il a fini de scanner,

prend soin de décocher la case : Afficher aussi les drivers bêta

prend soin de cocher la case : Afficher uniquement les drivers certifiés WHQL

valide

tout les liens en bleu sont des driver a télécharger et a installer pour mettre ton pc a jours.

tiens moi informé de la marque de ton pc.

Mon portable est un toshiba P100-284.
J'ai commencé pour les pilotes mais il y en a un qui m'a planté le wifi.
Je l'ai désinstallé.
Jusqu'ici, ça remarche.

Ok, a premiere vu il ne fait pas partis des series a soucis, surement un petit clash logiciel .-)

voici un petit nettoyage qui feras le plus grand bien a ton pc,


Télécharge ToolsCleaner sur ton bureau.

# Clique sur "Recherche" et laisse le scan agir ...
# Clique sur "Suppression" pour finaliser.
# Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
# Clique sur Quitter pour obtenir le rapport.
# Poste le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur (C:\).

ensuite

Télécharges : - CCleaner (n'installe pas la barre d'outil Yahoo)

Ce logiciel va permettre de supprimer tous les fichiers temporaires et de corrigé ton registre .Lors de l'installation, avant de cliquer sur le bouton "installer", décoche toutes les "options supplémentaires" sauf les 2 première.
Une fois le prg instalé et lancé, Clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures"( Par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. C'est tout ).

! déconnectes toi et fermes toutes applications en cours !
* vas dans "nettoyeur" : fait analyse puis nettoyage
* vas dans "registre" : fait chercher les erreurs et réparer ( plusieurs fois jusqu'à ce qu'il n'y est plus d'erreur ) .

( CCleaner : soft à garder sur son PC , super utile pour de bons nettoyages ... )

Grosnaze38, pense stp a supprimer manuellement combofix stp.
voili voilou. Passe de bonne fêtes et attention avec l'alcool pendant les fêtes " avec modérations "
