Scan Hijackthis

Bonjour,
Mon pc rame de plus en plus et j'ai fais un scan hijack this mais j'ai peur de mal m'en servir, pouvez vous me filer un coup de main? Et si possible m'expliquer comment savoir vraiment quoi supprimer, car j'ai un peut de mal avec les tutoriel de Hijack que j'ai trouver...
