Hello,

I own a Packard Bell laptop Model EasyNote SB87. Inside it, there’s a Packard Bell PB3G motherboard. My laptop is overheating too much and I would like to increase the speed of the fans through the BIOS. However, when I boot into the BIOS, I don't see any settings for fan speed, CPU temperature, etc. In addition, I downloaded SpeedFan to try to remedy this, but it doesn't detect the fans!! How can I adjust the fans?????

Thank you for your responses,

Sincerely,

Shaytan
Configuration: Windows Vista Firefox 3.0.14

Speedfan can be very useful... when it is compatible with your hardware.
In your case, it is preferable to buy a cooling pad (€15, €20) because even if you manage to increase your fan speed, it will last less time, especially a laptop fan.
