J'ai contracter un virus

Bonjour,

Voila, j'ai vraiment besoin d'aide alors si vous pourriez m'aider :)
Bon voila alors depuis que j'ai télécharger cette grosse merde de "RPG maker" mon pc a contracter un virus d'après ce que j'ai pu entendre" Il affiche des messages d'erreurs dès le démarrage " l'application utilisant blablabla.. La mémoire ne peut être written" ensuite lorsque j'essaie d'ouvrir une application, par exemple Démarrer>Panneau de Configuration>Système il m'affiche le message d'erreur suivant : L'exption Exeption logicielle inconnue (0xc0000409) s'est produite dans l'application à l'emplacement ...
Alors j'ai déjà éffacé bon nombre de logiciel fait des nétoyage avex CCleaner fait des Analyses COMPLETES avec mon A-V qui est Kapersky j'ai aussi des problèmes de son , seuls les effets sonores de Windows fonctionne, a part sa nada ! en plus il dise que c'est mon périphérique de son qui est endommager (d'apres Windows media)
j'utilise Realtek comme phériphérique. avant avoir télécharger RPGM tout fonctionnait parfaitement bien.
Alors s'il vous plait je vous en supplie sa fait plus de 3 mois que je cherche une solution sans succes alors je vous pris à genoux de me fournir votre aide je vous en serais entièrement reconnaissante.
j'attend avec impatience vos réponses constructives, et je vous remercie en avance :)

    Hello ABCDame,

    Pour voir si cela est infectieux...

    Télécharge RSIT (de random/random) sur le bureau :

    - Double clique sur RSIT.exe qui est sur le bureau
    - Clique sur "Continue" dans la fenêtre
    - RSIT téléchargera HijackThis si il n’est pas présent où détecté, alors il faudra accepter la licence
    - Poste le contenu de log.txt plus info.txt (réduit ds la barre de taches) à la fin de l’analyse .

    Les rapports sont dans le dossier ici C:\rsit

    Bonsoir 3 mois avec des problèmes de PC faut aimer ,ça fait longtemps que j'aurais reformaté et au moins tu es tranquil tu te casse la tète pour pas grand chose

    OUI je te comprend pour ma part cela fait 24 ans que j'ai des PC et j'en ai 4 en permanence materiel renouvellé tout les 2 ans jamais mis les pieds dans un S.A.V c'est vrais que ça ne sert pas qu'a s'amuser

    Il yb a du bizarre ds tout ceba...

    Commence par ceci stp:

    Fais un scan avec cet antispyware :

    Malwarebytes + tutoriel

    Tu l´installes; mets le a jour...(onglet mise a jour)
    Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examen rapide".
    Puis click sur "rechercher".
    Laisses le scanner le pc...
    Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "oui".
    A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vue de le poster sur le forum.
    Copies et colles le rapport stp.
