Reboot constant lors de connection Internet

Bonjour,
Depuis hier, impossible de me connecter au net ... mon PC sous XP sp3 redémarre automatiquement après quelques minutes (voire secondes). impossible de surfer ou de lire les mails.
J'ai Avast en Antivirus et Zone Alarm en Parefeu. j'ai lancé adaware et un scan Avast : rien de spécial!
Quelqu'un aurait une idée ?

La meilleure réponse conclut que le problème provenait du matériel sans fil, l'interrupteur ou la carte Wi-Fi défaillante perturbant la connexion; en branchant le PC sur la Box via Ethernet, tout revient à la normale. Certains rapports détaillent des analyses RSIT ou ComboFix et des listes de fichiers ou clés suspectes, mais ces éléments n'ont pas conduit à une solution logicielle durable.

Je vais te faire télécharger un logiciel de diagnostics et tu m'afficheras les rapports sur le forum à la suite de ce message, ensuite répond à mes 6 questions STP:
- Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) (par random/random) sur ton Bureau.
- Double-clique sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer le programme.
- Clique sur Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.
-Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.
- Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poste le contenu de log.txt (c'est celui qui apparaît à l'écran) ainsi que de info.txt (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches) dans deux messages différents.

Tu as des documents importants sur ce PC?
Sont ils sauvegardés sur un support externe?

Tu utilises Internet explorer pour surfer ou autre chose (Firefox/Opéra...)?

Essaye tout d'abord une chose:
Redémarre ton PC.
Dès le démarrage, tapote plusieurs fois sur la touche F8
Sélectionne le démarrage en "mode sans échec avec prise en charge réseau" dans le "menu des options avancées" à l'aide des flèches et valide par la touche entrée.
Ton affichage sera différent de d'habitude, c'est normal.
Essaye de surfer et dis moi si le problème est toujours là. -

Mes réponses aux 6 questions:
1 Oui uniquement lorsque j'active mon Wifi qui me connecte auto. à ma freebox
2 Non pas de prog insatllés , mais j'avais ouvert des ports sur mon routeur Free pour faire de l'assistance à distance . j'ai tout refermé , mais le Pb est tjrs là.
3 Je suis connecté sur un autre PC relié à cette même freebox et pas de bobo .. ( portable boulot heureusement ...)
4 oui tout mes docs persos et j'ai pas de sauvegardes ( pas bien , je sais...)
5 sur le pc malade j'utilise Firefox
6 je tente le mode sans échec et te reposte le résultat ( je fais tourner actuellement Malwarebytes)

je fais tourner actuellement Malwarebytes.

Tu as un DD externe/ clé USB /DVD pour faire des sauvegardes éventuellement?
Si ton PC n'a pas de soucis lorsque tu n'est pas connecté au net, ça devrait aller.-
voilà, les 3 logs sont postés, et Mbam n'a absolument rien trouvé...
je tente le reboot en mode sans échec..

Un point rassurant s'il en est, c'est que tu es sévèrement infecté(e) (On écarte donc temporairement la piste d'un souci matériel).
Donc a priori quand on aura fait le ménage (Je te conseille de rester jusqu'au bout), ton PC devrait bien fonctionner.
Tu as pas mal d'infections transmissibles par support amovibles (USB), donc si tu as un DD externe, MP3, clé USB,etc rassemble les et branche les au moment où il te le sera demandé plus bas.
*Télécharge et installe UsbFix de C_XX & Chiquitine29.
*Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptibles d'avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir.
*Double clique sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau.
*Choisi l'option 1 ( Recherche )
*Laisse travailler l'outil.
*Ensuite poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaîtra dans ton prochain message.
Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. ( C:\UsbFix.txt )
"Process.exe", une composante de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus. -

Tu n'as qu'un disque dur externe, rien d'autre?
Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptibles d'avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir
* Double clique sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau.
* choisi l'option 2 ( Suppression )
* Ton bureau disparaîtra et le pc redémarrera .
* Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l outil.
* Ensuite poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau dans ton prochain message .
* Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

Lis l'intégralité de ce message (notamment le contenu du lien à la fin du message) avant de te lancer dans la procédure:
Télécharge combofix (par sUBs):
Fais un clic droit ici et fait "enregistrer la cible du lien sous" renomme le fichier "topic" et enregistre le sur le BUREAU
Déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications.
Désactive tes protections (antivirus, pare-feu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware)
Double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions.
A la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt
Réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware
Copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse.
Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

J'ai "résolu" mon problème... en fit c'est mon interrupteur Wireless ( ou carrement la carte) qui déconne.
J'ai rebranché mon PC sur la Box avec un cable ethernet et tout est OK .

Met le à jour avant de le lancer.
Tu as une ancienne version de MBAM et surtout une base de données bien obsolète.
Désinstalle MBAM dans le panneau de configuration, et suis ces instructions:
Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM)
* Double clique sur le fichier téléchargé pour lancer le processus d'installation.
* Dans l'onglet "Mise à jour", clique sur le bouton "Recherche de mise à jour": si le pare-feu demande l'autorisation à MBAM de se connecter, accepte.
* Une fois la mise à jour terminée, rends-toi dans l'onglet "Recherche".
* Sélectionne "Exécuter un examen rapide"
* Clique sur "Rechercher"
* L'analyse démarre, le scan est relativement long, c'est normal.
* A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche :
"L'examen s'est terminé normalement. "
Clique sur "Afficher les résultats" pour afficher tous les objets trouvés.
Clique sur "Ok" pour poursuivre. Si MBAM n'a rien trouvé, il te le dira aussi.
* Ferme tes navigateurs. (Internet Explorer/ Firefox...)
* Si des malwares ont été détectés, clique sur Afficher les résultats.
Sélectionne tout (ou laisse coché) et clique sur Supprimer la sélection, MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
* MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Copie-colle ce rapport et poste-le dans ta prochaine réponse. -
