ce n'est pas une ligne à rajouter dans le noyau .... mais plutôt rajouter la mention all_generic_ide à la fin de la ligne qui commence par kernel /boot/vmlinuz/blablabla (celui-là même sur lequel tu bootes).

cette ligne se trouve dans le fichier /boot/grub/menu.lst

il faudra donc éditer le fichier avec les super-privilèges (commande sudo) et modifier comme indiqué ce fichier.

mais avant de te lancer dedans, peux-tu nous monter ton fichier menu.lst :

cat /boot/grub/menu.lst

oula, ça a l'air compliqué tout ça..

d'abord, il faut faire une copie de ton fichier menu.lst :

sudo cp /boot/grub/menu.lst /boot/grub/menulst.BAK

ainsi au cas ou tu effacerais par erreur le fichier, tu as maintenant une copie de "sauvegarde".

ensuite il faut editer ton fichier menu.lst pour faire la modif :

gksudo gedit /boot/grub/menu.lst

puis ajouter la mention all_generic_ide a la fin de cette ligne :

kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.28-15-generic root=UUID=e6be1925-9ffb-45cf-8f3c-b81e737f463e ro quiet splash

la ligne devient donc ceci :

kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.28-15-generic root=UUID=e6be1925-9ffb-45cf-8f3c-b81e737f463e ro quiet splash all_generic_ide

enregistrer la modification du fichier puis redémarer la machine et ....voir ...

vu que ce n'est pas mon ordi, je n'en fais pas ce que je veux.. Donc vu qu'il y a de nombreux problèmes ( on ne peut pas lire les animations flash, les vidéos de youtube marchent, mais sont extrêmement lentes, etc....), ils m'ont demandé de réessayer d'installer windows xp, avec lequel les ports usb n'étaient pas reconnus ( mais , comme je l'ai dit, ce n'est pas moi qui choisi..)

donc je vais formater et installer windows..
