Hello,
I am looking to buy an outdoor antenna for TNT, not a rooftop antenna because I can't climb onto the roof, so I would like one that can be attached to the balcony. I have found many while browsing the internet, but the choice is vast, and I don't know what to choose.
The main difference, apart from the price, of course, lies in the dB rating, which ranges from 20 to 40, and I would like to know if 20 dB is sufficient for good reception or if I need to aim higher?
I look forward to your opinions and thank you in advance for your help!

It’s because the speed of light is faster than that of sound that some people appear bright before they speak.

In TNT reception, the antenna gain in dB directly depends on the ambient electromagnetic field (dBµV/m). It varies according to distance, PAR power, frequency, polarization, type of path, etc. There are no other technical-scientific approaches. Beware of outlandish advice given on this forum..!
