Hello,
I have a multifunction printer brand: WORKCENTRE 5225
after a power drop I am facing a problem: it displays on the touch screen "Error code 010-320" and the COPY icon is grayed out, meaning inactive whereas all the other buttons work.
Does anyone have a solution to propose???
I have looked at the user manual but found no solution, nothing on the supplier's website either.

ok it's good I was able to find the solution thanks to a friend. I'm posting it to avoid consequences for others; because it doesn't exist anywhere on the web;;; well, finally now :-)
resolution for incident code 010-320
- Hold 0 (5 sec) press the green Btn
- enter code 6789 then Confirm
- press the 3rd btn at the bottom
- tools-settings- maintenance
- nvm rEAD/wRITE
- cHAIN-LINK 744-220
- cHANGE THE VALUE to 0
-CLOSE....................
Note: everything takes place on the machine
