Problem de changer mon boot screen

Bonjour,
je vx changer mon boot screen ac tune up et il m'ont dit (an error occurred during the installation of the boot screen the file boot.ini could not be loaded .either the file does not exist,or you do not have the neccesery permissions to acces the file)
Configuration: Windows XP
Firefox 3.5.3
