Problème installation patchs Call of duty 4

Bonjour,
Je viens d'acheter Call Of Duty 4 pour jouer en ligne.
Il y a plusieurs patchs.
Je voudrais d'abord savoir si il faut directement installer le patch 1.7 ou installer le 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4,1.5 puis 1.6 et 1.7 ???
Quand j'ai installé mon jeu, j'ai installer le patch 1.1 mais à l'installation, cela ma affiché une erreur :
" Le point d'entrée de procédure _AIL_set_sample_3D_distances@16 est introuvable dans la bibliothèque de liaisons dynamique mss32.dll. "
Que dois-je faire ?
Ensuite quand j'ai vue que sa marchais pas, j'ai essayé d'installer le patch 1.2 sans installer le 1.1 et sa m'affiche çà :

Si tu n'a pas le fichier iw3sp.exe cod4 ne peux pas se lancer donc le patch ne peux pas s'installer.Tu as raison réinstalle cod4 et ça fonctionnera.
Salut.Moi aussi je joue a Cod4 en réseau et j'ai installé les patch 1.6 et 1.7 seulement.Pour les installer il suffit de lancer d'abord le patch 1.6 et un fois celui ci installé,tu installe le 1.7 et voila.C'est aussi simple que ça.

Cela signifie qu'il n'arrive pas a trouver le dossier d'installation de cod4,a la question il te demande si tu veux le chercher manuellement,tu met oui,tu trouve le dossier activision dans lequel tu a installé cod4 tu met suivant et l'installation devrait commencer.
Non justement l'installation ce lance pas puisque sa me met sa :

Quand tu cherche manuellement le dossier,tu sélectionne quoi?Le dossier call of duty 4 modern warfare ou le fichier iw3sp.exe?
