Probleme msn <null>

Bonjour,
je n'arrive plus à accéder à msn 2009, le message marque pyagcore.search.s...
On m'a dit que c'est à cause de la kiwee toolbar mais je n'arrive pas à la désinstaller.
Pouvez vous maider SVP?
J'ai vraiment besoin de votre aide, merci d'avance.

Pour supprimer la Kiwee Toolbar :

Télécharge Toolbar-S&D (Team IDN) sur ton Bureau.

Utilisateurs de Windows Vista
Afin que Toolbar S&D puisse fonctionner correctement, il est recommandé de désactiver l'UAC (contrôle des comptes utilisateurs) pendant l'utilisation.

* Lance l'installation du programme en exécutant le fichier téléchargé.
* Double-clique maintenant sur le raccourci de Toolbar-S&D.
* Sélectionne la langue souhaitée en tapant la lettre de ton choix puis en validant avec la touche Entrée.
* Choisis maintenant l'option 2 (Supression). Patiente jusqu'à la fin de la recherche.
* Poste le rapport généré. (C:\TB.txt)

Tu tapes F puis entrée, au second menu tu tapes 2 puis entrée, ensuite tu ne touche plus à ton clavier et ta souris le temps que le logiciel travaille.

Il faut que tu recommences car tu n'as pas suivi toutes mes instructions dans le premier message.

Désactive l'UAC puis recommence toute la procédure.

Ok, relance toolbar sd, tape f au premier menu et 2 au second menu.
Poste le rapport obtenu. (C:\TB.txt)

Après on s'occupera de l'infection Navipromo.

Pas besoin de le retélécharger, j'aurais du te le préciser.
Lance le raccourci toolbar sd qui est sur ton bureau.

S'il n'est pas sur le bureau il doit etre dans "Downloads" dans tes documents.
