Pub sur mon PC, infecté Spyware?

Bonjour ce soir j'ai cliqué par inadvertance sur une publicité un peu bizarre, je voulais fermer cette pub mais quand j'ai cliqué dessus cela a ouvert une autre pub.
Depuis, je constate que sur certains sites où je surfe, ceux-ci contiennent pleins de pubs ou de liens qu'il n'y avaient pas d'habitude. J'ai regardé avec mon autre Pc que je possède, et ces pubs n'apparaissent pas sur celui-ci. Je pense donc être infecté par un Spyware, j'ai passé un scan avec un anti-spyware et Malwarebyte's mais la recherche n'a rien trouvé.
Je vous poste un rapport Hijackthis pour voir si vous trouvez quelque chose d'anormal dessus, car je trouve mon Pc un peu plus lent qu'avant pour charger les pages et les images.
