Recurring SAM error

Hello,
I have noticed that for the past two months my server has been filled with SAM errors. Here is the detailed message from the event viewer:
"The SAM database failed to unlock the Administrator account due to a resource error, such as a hard disk failure (the specific error code is in the error data). Accounts are locked after a certain number of incorrect passwords have been provided. Consider resetting the password for the above-mentioned account." ID: 12294 Source: SAM
This error repeats ten times a second!!!! It fills my event log in two days.
I have tried to find a PC in my network that is trying to grab my administrator password, but no luck. So, does anyone have an idea on how to get rid of this?
I have used Stinger, Trojan Remover, cut off my suspect machines, restarted my server, but still the same.
