14-digit number starting with 0035... Solved

Question

Hello,
I received a call from a 14-digit number starting with 0035. I didn't hang up but called back a little later. I spoke to a person with a funny accent; I didn't really understand what they said. I think I understood that they had made a mistake, but I don't know why, but it scares me. Does anyone have any ideas about what this is?

It's weird, I just got a call from a woman with an accent and her number started with 0035... that's why I ended up on this forum. I would really like to know where this call is coming from, but I feel it's a scam!!!

Bonjour, cela fait plusieurs fois que je reçois un appel avec un numéro à 14 chiffres qui vient de je ne sais où !! Je ne réponds pas pour ne pas tomber sur n'importe quoi ou n'importe qui ! Mais je voudrais bien savoir comment le transformer en 10 chiffres pour le bloquer ! Je précise que je suis chez Free et qu'ils ont ce système de blocage !! Le numéro en question est le 0003338695
