Popups sous vista x64

Bonjour, 
Nouveau venu parmis vous :) j'espère avoir posté au bon endroit et ne pas avoir loupé d'étape... 
Alors voila, je vous explique mon problème: depuis un petit moment maintenant, j'ai des fenètres publicitaires intempestives sur mon vista x64 (IExplorer 8.0) :/
Le soucis etant que Navilog refuse de fonctionner sur cet o.s... Pour info, l'installation se passe correctement, c'est à son execution qu'un message apparait pour signaler qu'un fichier manque, alors qu'il est bien present dans le dossier d'installation. Résultat semblable avec une ancienne version qui fonctionne très bien sous xp.
Voila, j'espère avoir été assez clair.

Salut,

On va vérifier avec un outil de diagnosti, mais avant :

- Sous vista, désactives le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs --> panneau de config --> comptes utilisateur --> désactiver le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs

Télécharges RSIT " Random's System Information Tool " sur ton bureau : http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

- Ferme toutes les applications en cours et clic-droit ( exécuter en tant qu'admin.) sur RSIT.exe
- Sélectionne " Continue " à l'écran >> RSIT va analyser le pc et vérifier si l'outil hijackthis ( version à jour) est présent sur le pc, si ce n'est pas le cas, RSIT le téléchargera >> accepte la licence
- Une fois l'analyse terminée, 2 rapports.txt s'ouvrent : 
-> log.txt à l'écran  
->info.txt dans la barre des tâches
- Poste le contenu des 2 rapports

Télécharge et installe UsbFix de C_XX, Chiquitine29 & Chimay8


Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) sans les ouvrir.

# Double-clique sur le raccourci UsbFix présent sur ton bureau.

# choisis l option 2 ( Suppression )

# Ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera .

# Au redémarrage , UsbFix scannera ton pc , laisse travailler l outil.

# Ensuite poste le rapport UsbFix.txt qui apparaitra avec le bureau .

# Note : Le rapport UsbFix.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque.( C:\UsbFix.txt )

Télécharge et installe ccleaner

- Durant l'installation, décoche la case proposant la barre d'outils yahooet celle : " ajouter l'option des mises à jour"

- Une fois installé, fermes toutes les applications en cours et lance ccleaner

- clic -->>option -->> avancé et décoche " effacer les fichiers etc... plus vieux que 48h

- Sélectionne " nettoyeur " >> clic sur Analyse puis nettoyage, puis referme le programme...

Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware


- Installe le --> double-clic sur Mbam-setup.exe, à la fin de l'installation, il se mettra automatiquement à jour

- Une fois installé, fermes toutes les applications en cours et lances Malwarebytes

- A la fin du scan clic sur " Afficher les résultats "

- si Malwarebytes a trouvé des infections ->> clic sur " Supprimer la sélection "

- Si il a besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finir la désinfection, acceptes

- Un rapport s'établira, postes son contenu.

Dans CCleaner, clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures" ; par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. C'est tout.

 Redémarre en mode sans échec comme indiqué ici https://www.wekyo.com/demarrer-le-pc-en-mode-sans-echec-windows-7-et-8/  ; Choisis ta session courante *** Sensiseb *** (pour retrouver le rapport, clique sur le raccourci "Rapport GenProc[1]" sur ton bureau).


# Etape 2/ 

 Lance Toolbar-S&D situé sur le Bureau. Tape sur "2" puis valide en appuyant sur "Entrée". Ne ferme pas la fenêtre lors de la suppression.

# Etape 3/ 

 Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptibles d'avoir été infectées sans les ouvrir, puis double-clique sur le raccourci USBFix présent sur ton Bureau : choisis l' option 2 (Suppression), ton bureau disparaitra et le pc redémarrera. Au redémarrage, USBFix scannera ton pc, laisse travailler l'outil.

# Etape 4/ 

 Lance CCleaner : "Nettoyeur"/"lancer le nettoyage" et c'est tout.

# Etape 5/ 

 Redémarre normalement et poste, dans la même réponse : 

- Le contenu du rapport TB.txt situé dans C:\ ; 
- Le contenu du rapport UsbFix.txt situé dans C:\ ; 
- Un nouveau rapport HijackThis ;
- Un nouveau rapport GenProc ;

 Précise les difficultés que tu as eu (ce que tu n'as pas pu faire...) ainsi que l'évolution de la situation.

Clique sur parcourir et cherche ce fichier : C:\Windows\System32\explorer.exe

Clique sur Send File.

Un rapport va s'élaborer ligne à ligne.

Attends la fin. Il doit comprendre la taille du fichier envoyé.

Sauvegarde le rapport avec le bloc-note.

Copie le dans ta réponse.

Si VirusTotal indique que le fichier a déjà été analysé, cliquer sur le bouton Réanalyse le fichier maintenant

Bon alors, pour revenir à nos moutons, c'est "process.exe" qui est signalé comme manquant lors de l'execution de navilog (après avoir selectionné la langue et après la page d'avertissement).

Bon histoire d'apporter quelques precisions, le scan détaillé et à jour de Avira n'avait rien donné.
Je viens d'avoir une idée à laquelle je n'avais pas encore pensée: scan complet de windows defender sur la partition système, sait-on jamais...
Résultat : toujours rien, il fallait s'en douter. :/

Sous firefox,as tu des popups?installe celui ci:http://wiki.mozilla-x86-64.com/images/Firefox-3.0.10.en-US.win64.installer.zip et extrait les fichiers français fr.jar et fr.manifest du dossier chrome et aussi ceux du dossier dictionaries de celui ci: http://ftp.mozilla.org/... a l'aide de ce programme: https://filehippo.com/download_universal_extractor/ pour ensuite les copier dans ta nouvelle installation.

Merci pour ta suggestion, ca a effectivement de bonnes chances de regler le problème. Cela etant dit et dans la mesure où un ami est exactement dans le même cas, j'aimerais vraiment trouver une solution pour internet explorer. J'ai aussi vu la même infection sur un vista x86 donc un outil "universel" serait vraiment bienvenu!

as tu essayé l'outil dont je t'ai parlé plus tot? il est assez universel,comme il disent "for removing Trojans/Adware/Spyware and some of the rootkits" ça vaudrait peut ètre la peine que tu l'essaie,m'ais c'est un outil un peu spécial,il n'utilise pas des méthodes de détections comme tous les autres,alors fait des recherches,ne suprime pas tout ce qu'il t'indique,il ne fait que te faire remarquer ce qu'il trouve de suspect ou qui n'est pas dans sa base de données.il a une option deep scan et puis une case reboot now,il va analyser ce qui démarre pendant le démarrage de windows,et ce n'est pas tout.

avant de le désinstaller,regarde pour l'onglet "Uninstall Partizan" et clic sur uninstall partizan.(le module d'analyse de démarrage)au cas ou,auparavant,il ne le désinstallait pas automatiquement a la désinstallation.il sagit de fichiers partizan.exe et partizan.sys il me semble.

et d'une clé de registre qui est comme ça par défaut sur Windows

- boot sur mon 2ème os (xp pro x86 lui aussi infecté). j'ai pu executer normalement la dernière version de navilog, mais sans rien à signaler au rapport :/

- installation de firefox sans effet :/ :/

Y aurait-il un spécialiste de hijackthis dans l'assemblée?

Salut,

- Télécharge (Download) Reanimator.

- Démarre Réanimator.

- Scan for viruses.

- Scan windows startup.

- Coche la case "Use deep level scanning once".

- Clic sur "Make scan now" pour analyser.(Tu peux aussi plutot utiliser l'option "Reboot") mais l'ordinateur redémarrera et l'analyse démarrera et te permetra de faire des suppressions avant l'ouverture du bureau.

- Clic sur la flèche verte "Fix problems".

- clic sur la feuille verte "False Positive" pour chaque item trouvé. A moins que tu ne sache exactement ce que tu fait.

- Ferme le programme.

- Poste le contenu du log qui se trouve dans le dossier Mes Documents\RegRun2\rr2log.txt.

Tu n'a pas de rr2log.txt?

C'est pour avoir ce fichier que je disait (- clic sur la feuille verte "False Positive" pour chaque item trouvé)

Si tu n'a pas fait cette action,c'est pour cela qu'il n'y en a pas.

Quand tu fait une action,il y a un compte rendu des actions dans ce fichier (rr2log.txt)

Après,si on trouve quelque chose a supprimer,on peut les retirer de la liste d'exclusions (False positive) pour réanalyser et effectuer la supression.

non fabul, malgré avoir suivi tes indications à la lettre (en indiquant chaque résultat comme faux positif), aucun fichier autre que "regrun2.rr2" ne se trouve à l'emplacement indiqué.

l'a tu fait en robootant ou dans windows,normalement dans windows il crée le log,en rebootant,j'en suis un peu moins sur.

As tu vu des éléments qui semblent suspects?

Si tu peux faire une liste,manuellement ou recommencer sans l'option "Reboot".

Pour retirer les fichiers de la liste des exclusions pour le prochain scan, la procédure est comme ça,

- Redémarre Réanimator.

- Clic sur "Scan for viruses".

- Clic sur "Scan windows startup".

- Clic sur "Make scan now".

- Dans l'onglet "File" / "Ignore List" Il faut cocher et cliquer sur "Remove".

Par précaution, j'ai quand même dégagé mon driver son (vista prend en charge), soudmax.exe s'est désinstallé correctement et s'est bien désinscrit du registre. 
l'infection persiste.

Petite précision qui me parait importante : c'est un contrôle ActiveX qui semblerait être à l'origine du problème
