Au secour grosse infection

Bonjour,

aprés de nombreuses analyses, de scan et de manipulations j'ai tenté un F10, mais les infections persistent. Impossible de me débarrasser de ces fichues saloperies.je ne peux plus lire mes mails, je ne peux meme plus télécharger n'importe quel antivirus. L'installation n'aboutit jamais. Impossible de me débarrasser de ces fichues saloperies. Je suis perdue je ne sais plus quoi faire...

    Bonjour,
    Télécharge Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) de random/random et enregistre l'exécutable sur ton Bureau.

    - http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe

    ! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes tes applications en cours !

    Double-clique sur " RSIT.exe " pour le lancer .

    - Une première fenêtre s'ouvre avec en titre : " Disclaimer of warranty " .

    * Devant l'option "List files/folders created ..." , tu choisis : 2 months

    * clique ensuite sur " Continue " pour lancer l'analyse ...

    - laisse faire le scan et ne touche pas au PC ...

    Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront (probablement avec le bloc-note).

    Poste le contenu de " log.txt " (c'est celui qui apparait à l'écran), ainsi que de " info.txt " (que tu verras dans la barre des tâches), pour analyse et attends la suite ...

    Important : poste un rapport, puis l'autre dans la réponse suivante
    Si tu essaies de poster les deux en même temps, cela risque d'être trop long pour le forum

    ( Note : les rapports seront en outre sauvegardés dans ce dossier -> C:\rsit )

    c'est sympa de prendre de ton temps pour tenter de m'aider. sous tes conseils j'ai effectué un rsit je te précise qu'il ne s'agit pas du pc duquel je t'écris et je n'ai eu seulement qu'un rapport en logtext:

    Désactive les logiciels de protection (Antivirus, Antispywares) puis :

    Télécharge Combofix de sUBs : combofix.exe et sauvegarde le sur ton bureau et pas ailleurs!

    /!\ Ferme ou désactive tous les programmes Antivirus, Antispyware, ainsi que tout pare-feu en cours d'exécution car ils pourraient perturber le fonctionnement de ComboFix. /!\

    /!\ Ferme toutes les fenêtres de programme ouvertes, y compris celle-ci. /!\

    Après avoir suivi les deux étapes précédentes, fais un double clic sur l'icône de ComboFix située sur le Bureau. Note bien que, une fois que tu as lancé ComboFix, tu ne dois pas cliquer dans la fenêtre de ComboFix car cela pourrait entraîner un plantage du programme. En fait, lorsque ComboFix tourne, ne touche plus du tout à ton ordinateur. L'analyse peut prendre un certain temps, donc sois patiente. Double-clic sur combofix, accepte la licence d'utilisation et laisse toi guider.

    Eventuellement, installe la console de récupération comme cela est conseillé

    Attends que combofix ait terminé, un rapport sera créé. Poste le rapport.

    PS : si Combofix ne se lance pas, renomme le fichier Combofix et retente.
