Hello

I am renting, I just moved into the apartment. I have a Saunier Duval Thema Plus gas boiler. I am trying to get it to work but with no success, and I have the manual.
It says on the display 2.5l/bar
I managed to make the water supply work by turning a blue knob located underneath the device.
The gas is coming in, but a flame symbol appears and I don't understand this.
Could you help me get this water heater working? Thank you in advance
Configuration: Linux Firefox 3.0.13

For your Thema boiler, in my opinion, you have too high water pressure in your heating system. The indications you have show a water pressure of 2.5 bar as you seem to mention. The cold pressure of a boiler is a maximum of 1.5 bar. The blue button located under the boiler is the filling tap. To operate the heating, simply press the mode button to display the radiator symbol on the dial.

Hi,
What do you mean by you "can't get it to work"? No heating? No hot water?
By the way, 2.5 bar is a lot; ideally, you should be at 1.5 bar max, that's plenty; otherwise, your water heater will end up with overpressure...

Hello,

You just need to search a little on Google:
http://mesnotices.fr/manuel-notice-mode-emploi/SAUNIER%20DUVAL/THEMA-CONDENS-F24-_M

Then you should find the exact model.

Don't forget to write to the manufacturer to be nice and ask them to put the manuals in PDF on their website. It's good to think of the customer :-)

and you're coming to ask for help in a tech forum?
Most people here are students and not boiler experts :/
