You have a grid above the manor where there were 2 enemies. Switch to detection mode and you'll see it. You will need to open it with the bat claw.

you need to pass your remote-controlled batarang through the electricity first.

I have a problem in the Arkham Manor. After killing the skeletons, I go up where the gears are and I can't get out. If I jump into the void, I need to press to flee. I can't go down next to the gears.
