Bonjour, j ai un pc winxp ou un virus de type "dossier.exe" bloque toute installation d antivirus et meme l analyse j ai epuisé toutes mes connaissances j ai besoin de vous s il vous plait
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

    Bonjour

    ▶ Télécharge FindyKill de Chiquitine29 sur ton bureau :
    http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/116615172019703188/FindyKill.exe
    ! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes applications en cours !
    • Double clique sur "FindyKill.exe" pour lancer l'installation et laisse les paramètres d'instalation par défaut .
    • Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...)
    • Double-clique sur le raccourci FindyKill qui est sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil .
    • Au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] .
    • Au second menu Choisis l'option " 1 " (recherche) et tape sur [entrée]
    ▶ Laisse travailler l'outil et ne touche à rien ...
    --> Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin , sur le forum ...
    ( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\FindyKill.txt )
    ( CTRL+A Pour tout selectionner , CTRL+C pour copier et CTRL+V pour coller )

    ! Déconnecte toi et ferme toutes application en cours ( navigateur compris ) .
    • Branche tes sources de données externes à ton PC, (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...)
    • Relance "FindyKill" : au menu principal choisis l'option " F " pour français et tape sur [entrée] .
    • Au second menu choisis l'option 2 (suppression) et tape sur [entrée]
    • Le pc va redémarrer automatiquement ...
    ▶ le programme va travailler , ne touche à rien ... , ton bureau ne sera pas accessible c est normal !
    --> Poste le rapport qui apparait à la fin ( le rapport est sauvegardé aussi sous C:\FindyKill.txt )
    /!\ Si le Bureau ne réapparait pas, presse Ctrl + Alt + Suppr , Onglet "Fichier" , "Nouvelle tâche" , tape explorer.exe et valide

    Tu as refait findykill avec l'option 1.Dans le post 3 je te demande d'éxécuter findykill mais cette fois-ci avec l'option 2.
    Conclusion tu relances findykill et tu me post le rapport.a+

    j ai réalisé la 2 recherche et elle est encours elle prend du temps? sa fait 30 min elle est bloqué à 30% c normale
    je poste a partor d1 autre pc

    /!\ A l'attention de ceux qui passent sur ce sujet /!\
    Le logiciel qui suit n'est pas à utiliser à la légère et peut faire des dégâts s'il est mal utilisé ! Ne le faites que si un helpeur du forum qui connait bien cet outil vous l'a recommandé.

    /!\ Désactive tous tes logiciels de protection /!\

    • Télécharge combofix(de sUBs) sur ton Bureau.
    • Double-clique sur ComboFix.exe afin de le lancer.
    • Il va te demander d'installer la console de récupération : accepte.
    • Ne touche à rien pendant le scan.
    • Lorsque la recherche sera terminée, un rapport apparaîtra. Poste ce rapport (C:\Combofix.txt) dans ta prochaine réponse.
    #Si combofix ne veut pas se lancer renommes le en ccm.exe et éxécutes le en mode sans échec .

    salut nanard4700 mon probleme est resolu j ai juste arreté un proccess nomé mdm.exe a partir du gest des tach en suis j ai pus installé un avast et c top merci et mille merci pour votre precieux aide
