Problème de lecture des vidéos

Bonjour,
mon problème c'est que j'arrives pas à voir les videos ni sur mon pc ni sur youtube!!!

tjr le mm truc: un son qui se découpe et des images très très lentes, et le mm prob pour les jeux vidéos.

pouvez-vous m'indiquer les étapes que je dois suivre pr résoudre ce problème.

    bonjour c'est surement une erreur de ton système ou des capacités insuffisantes peut-on avoir ta configuration?
    sinon si tu l'as pas fait essaie le nettoyage classique avec glary utilities et defragmente ton pc

    installe everest et copie les info de la carte mere et GPU (carte graphique) situé dans moniteur

    bon alors je ne suis pas un expert dans le domaine (dsl :p ) mais je peux dire déjà que directx n'est pas a jour tu as la version 6.0 alors que la dernière sortie je crois c'est la 9.0 (en tt cas c'est celle que j'ai et j'ai fais mise a jour récemment) ensuite je croi que ta carte graphique et ton ram ne sont pas très performant et pour le processeur j'y connais rien
    alors pour la carte graphique et barrete ram faudra chercher mais la met tt de suite directx a jour sa peut surement résoudre pas mal de choses

    j'insiste j'aimerai savoir si tu as défragmenté ton ordi cherché des erreurs et lancé un scan antivirus (sa ralenti parfois pc)
