Problèmes problèmes problèmes... infections?

Bonjour, je fais appel à vous car je désespère totalement, je n'ai trouvé aucune solution à mes problèmes.
Je vais essayer d'être clair mais ce n'est pas évident.

Je commence par une brève description de mon matériel si il vous manque des informations demandez moi :

système d'exploitation : Windows xp SP3
processeur : intel core 2 CPU T5500 2x1.66GHz
RAM : 1 GO
Modem et connexion : Neuf Box Trio 3D 2Mo
Connecter par câble Ethernet
navigateur internet : Mozilla Firefox
Antivirus : Avira Antivir Personal

Premier soucis que j'ai rencontré : pour certains sites, je dis bien certains car cela n'arrive pas tout le temps je dois actualiser la page pour qu'il s'affiche sinon la page reste blanche et en bas à gauche c'est marqué "Terminé"

A partir de là, j'ai voulu installer spybot s&d pour faire une petite analyse mais il m'est impossible de l'installer l'erreur suivante apparait : "error sending request , l'adresse ou le nom de serveur n'a pas pu être résolu"
J'ai vérifié si ce n'était pas mon pare-feu ou mon antivirus qui bloquait la chose mais ce n'est pas ca.
Après, petit coup de Ccleaner : tout se passe impeccable
Je veux lancer une analyse antivirus et là je remarque qu'il n'est pas à jour, je lance la mise à jour et là blocage rien ne se passe.
Le stresse monte...
Je décide d'aller faire un tour sur secuser : "serveur introuvable la connection à échouée" je tente panda "serveur introuvable" alors que je suis bien connecté à internet, de plus je tente d'y aller avec un autre ordi et sa marche donc c'est bien moi le problème.
Je décide donc de lancer une analyse avec mon antivirus pas à jour et il a trouvé quelque Trojan :s
Les problèmes persistent...
J'ai tenter de faire quelque chose avec Internet Explorer mais il ne fonctionne pas, c'est pour cela que je tourne avec Firefox.

Salut,

Télécharge Navilog1 (par IL-MAFIOSO) sur ton bureau :
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe

Puis, double-clique sur Navilog1.exe pour le démarrer.
(clic droit > Exécuter en tant qu’ administrateur, si tu es sous Vista)

Laisse-toi guider et appuie sur une touche quand on te le demande.

Au menu principal, choisis 1 et valide.

< Ne fais pas le choix 2 >

Patiente le temps du scan.
Il te sera peut-être demandé de redémarrer le PC.
Laisse l'outil le faire ; sinon, redémarre le PC normalement
si demandé.

Patiente jusqu'au message "Scan terminé le......"
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé ; le bloc-notes va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité dans ta réponse. Referme le bloc-notes.

PS : le rapport est, aussi, sauvegardé à la racine du disque dur C:\cleannavi.txt

Option 1 :

* Téléchargez et installer FindyKill de (Chiquitine29 & C_XX).

* Brancher toutes les sources de données externes à votre PC (clé USB, disque dur externe, etc...) susceptibles d'avoir été infectés sans les ouvrir.

* Double-clic sur le raccourci FindyKill présent sur votre Bureau (Sous Vista, il faut cliquer droit sur le raccourci FindyKill et choisir Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur).

* Choisir l'option 1 (Recherche).

* Laisse travailler l'outil.
* Ensuite poste le rapport FindyKill.txt qui apparaîtra.

Note :
Le rapport FindyKill.txt est sauvegardé a la racine du disque. (C:\FindyKill.txt)

* Télécharger Random's System Information Tool (RSIT) sur le Bureau.

* Double-cliquer sur RSIT.exe afin de lancer le programme (Sous Vista, il faut cliquer droit sur RSIT.exe et choisir Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur).

* Cliquer sur Continue à l'écran Disclaimer.

* Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autoriser l'accès dans le pare-feu, si demandé) et vous devrez accepter la licence.

* Lorsque l'analyse sera terminée, deux fichiers texte s'ouvriront. Poster le contenu de log.txt (c'est celui qui apparaît à l'écran) ainsi que de info.txt (que vous verrez dans la barre des tâches)

Bonjour, je voudrais vous faire part de quelques problèmes qui viennent d'apparaître aujourd'hui, sa empire et ca va très vite donc je m'inquiète beaucoup.

Dorénavant, lorsque j'essaye d'ouvrir certaines pages internet la page n'est plus toute blanche et n'affiche plus "Terminé" en bas à droite (voir premier poste) mais je suis rediriger vers des sites qui n'ont rien à voir genre publicité ou même que des style pop-up... Ensuite j'ai remarqué que je me faisais "bouffer" ma connexion, il y a un gros ralentissement lorsque je regarde une vidéo sur internet et mes téléchargement tourne aux alentours de 50/60 Ko/s pour du 2Mo avant sa tournais convenablement à 150/350 Ko/s.

Autre sujet, cette nuit j'ai pu mettre à jour mon antivirus (super nouvelle) et j'ai donc relancer :

Bonjour, aujourd'hui je vous écris d'un autre ordinateur, ca devient vraiment urgent je ne peux plus ouvrir les programmes qui ont besoin de se connecter à internet ils se ferment tous des l'ouverture et j'ai regulierement une fenetre qui s'ouvre : Security Center Alert
Name : Win32.Conflicker.C

Mon PC n'en fais rien il ne le supprime pas.

Petit Up !!! Désolé de réécrire j'ai vraiment besoin d'aide sa empire d'heure en heure je ne sais plus quoi faire, maintenant mon pc n'en fais qu'a sa tete il s'etaint et se rallume tout seul, impossible de faire une quelconque analyse antivirus, impossible d'installer spybot ou ad-aware car aucune mise à jour ne peut se faire à l'installation, je suis infecté mais par quoi?

J'ai vraiment besoin de votre aide, merci d'avance.

• Télécharge ComboFix (de sUBs) sur ton Bureau :
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

• Télécharge DDO (de Anthony5151) sur ton Bureau :
http://sd-1.archive-host.com/membres/up/7739387536519291/DDO.bat

• Lance DDO
• Lis les informations données et appuie sur une touche pour continuer
• Une autre fenêtre va apparaître : tape Combofix.exe et appuie sur Entrée

Combofix doit alors se lancer :
• Il va te demander d'installer la console de récupération : accepte.
• Ne touche à rien pendant le scan.
• Lorsque la recherche sera terminée, un rapport apparaîtra.
Poste ce rapport (C:\Combofix.txt) dans ta prochaine réponse.

Va voir dans Ajout/suppres... de programme si tu trouves Enigma Software Group.
Si c' est le cas, supprime-le.

1. Désactive tes logiciels de protection.

2. Télécharge OTMoveIt3 (de OldTimer) : http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/OTMoveIt3.exe

- Enregistre-le sur ton bureau ;
- Double-clique sur OTMoveIt3.exe pour le lancer (l'extension peut ne pas apparaître) ;
- Copie-colle ce qui est en gras, ci-dessous, dans la partie "Paste Instructions for Items to be Moved"
(en-dessous de la barre jaune) :

Ouahouuu! Alors là il y a du neuf! ^^ je peux lancer firefox et l'antivirus en ligne ainsi que spybot! je lance des analyse sur spybot et secuser.com je ne sais pas si tous mes problèmes sont résolu mais en tout cas sa s'améliore! merci beaucoup

OK.

Maintenant, désinstalle ComboFix :

Menu Démarrer > Exécuter... puis entre (copie/colle) dans la fenêtre : combofix /u

Valide par OK.

Supprime aussi ce dossier, si tu le trouves : C:\QooBox <--

Ensuite, ...

Télécharge Genproc : http://www.genproc.com/GenProc.exe ;
puis, double-clique sur GenProc.exe et poste le contenu du rapport qui s'ouvre.

Dans CCleaner, clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures" ; par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. C'est tout.

# Etape 1/ Télécharge :

Redémarre en mode sans échec comme indiqué ici https://www.wekyo.com/demarrer-le-pc-en-mode-sans-echec-windows-7-et-8/ ; Choisis ta session courante *** simon *** (pour retrouver le rapport, clique sur le raccourci "Rapport GenProc[1]" sur ton bureau).

# Etape 2/

Lance Toolbar-S&D situé sur le Bureau. Tape sur "2" puis valide en appuyant sur "Entrée". Ne ferme pas la fenêtre lors de la suppression.

# Etape 3/

Lance CCleaner : "Nettoyeur"/"lancer le nettoyage" et c'est tout.

# Etape 4/

Redémarre normalement et poste, dans la même réponse :

- Le contenu du rapport TB.txt situé dans C:\ ;
- Un nouveau rapport HijackThis http://ww1.genproc.com/GenProc-HijackThis ;
- Un nouveau rapport GenProc ;

Précise les difficultés que tu as eu (ce que tu n'as pas pu faire...) ainsi que l'évolution de la situation.
