Hello,
I just bought a Supertooth Disco speaker but I don't have the PIN code or the manual. Is there a universal factory PIN code? Thank you.
Configuration: Mac OS X Safari 530.19

Good evening
extract from the notice page 4
When the SUPERTOOTH DISCO is in pairing mode, access the Bluetooth menu on your computer.
Refer to your computer's user manual or the software you are using to find out how to pair and
connect a Bluetooth accessory. When the computer asks for the PIN code or password, enter 0000 and
press OK.

The pdf manual is here ==> http://www.supertooth.net/FR/SUPPORT/USERGUIDE/DISCO-MANUAL.pdf
and other stuff if needed http://www.supertooth.net/fr/down_disco.html

Hello everyone, I received a Supertooth Disco speaker for Christmas and I'm trying to pair it with my Samsung Player One phone. When I search for the speaker, the phone finds it but displays a connection error!
Is this normal? Can someone help me?
Thanks in advance!
Best regards.

Good evening, following your ad, I just checked for myself. When I try to enter the PIN code 0000 or 1234, my phone tells me that the PIN code is incorrect... As a result, I'm forced to connect via the jack plug. Do you have a solution?

Hello, I have the same problem except that the speaker wasn't mine. When I try to enter the PIN code, there's an error. Is there a way to set the code wirelessly?

To connect to the Disco R57 speaker, you enter 1234 or 0000; for my part, the first one worked, but your speaker must be turned on and blinking blue fairly quickly when you enter your code. It's not easy, it requires several attempts, and at some point, it works, and in other instances, you are not asked for the PIN code "thankfully"!

I bought a Supertooth Disco, but when I turn the volume all the way up, it shuts off. Can you help me with what to do? Is the charger with the specifications 12V 500mA the correct charger or not?
Thank you.

Electric consumption being a function of volume, the higher the volume, the faster the batteries discharge... and eventually the device stops.
With new and fully charged batteries, the manufacturer claims 3 to 4 hours at maximum volume compared to 10 hours at medium volume.
Furthermore, as they age, batteries generally lose power...
Excerpt from http://www.supertooth.net/FR/SUPPORT/FAQ/DISCO-FR.pdf
My SuperTooth Disco is connected to my computer/laptop/tablet/music player via the line-in of my SuperTooth Disco. While listening to music through my SuperTooth Disco, the playback stops on its own after 20 seconds or 5 minutes regardless of the volume setting on the SuperTooth Disco. What should I do?
The volume level of your computer/laptop/tablet/music player connected to the SuperTooth Disco is too low. Please increase the volume level of your computer/laptop/tablet/music player.
Your SuperTooth Disco will then work properly again.
As for the charger? If it's the one supplied with the device... it should work; the only issue might be that the full charge will take longer if 500mA is too low.

Hello
I had the same problem with my Supertooth Disco speaker; it would cut out every time I turned up the volume. It's the batteries, there are 2 inside. Check the tutorial on YouTube to disassemble it. The batteries are 4.8 volts 1800 mAh, I put in 2200 mAh ones and it doesn't cut out anymore, and its duration is longer due to having put in 2200 mAh.
