Bonjour,
mon pc est infecté par un virus il m'affiche une croix rouge a coté de l'horloge indiquant en anglais:
" your computer is infected! Windows has detected spyware infection! it is recomended to use special antispyware tools to pervent data loss.windows will now download and install the most up-to-date antispyware for you.click here to protect your computer from spyware."
j'ai deja suprimé avec Malwarebytes, mais il es toujours la.

Bonsoir vous deux.

MBAM a déjà été passé sans succès. Normal braviax à une nouvelle variante collée à un rogue (system security si mes souvenir sont bons...)

Oublies MalwareByte's.... et fais ceci stp :

> Télécharge ComboFix : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau.
Déconnecte toi du net et désactive ton antivirus pour que Combofix puisse s'exécuter normalement.
- Double clique combofix.exe puis accepte le contrat de licence.
- Si Combofix ne trouve pas de console de récupération système d'installée alors accepte son installation.
- A la fin de l'installation de la console de récupération Combofix va te proposer de lancer une recherche de nuisibles. Clique alors sur <Oui>.
Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer la machine.
- Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse.
NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt
PS2 : Il peut s'avérer que le rapport soit trop long pour être publié totalement. Dans ce cas utilise ce service http://www.cijoint.fr pour me l'envoyer (dépose le fichier puis poste le lien sur le forum).

Salut,

Fait ceci :

♦ Installe Malwarbytes sur ton bureaux
♦ Sélectionne Exécuter un examen complet puis clique sur le bouton Rechercher pour lancer le scan.
♦ Clique sur le bouton Lancer l'examen pour démarrer le scan.
♦ Clique sur le bouton Supprimer la sélection en bas à gauche.
♦ Un rapport de scan s'ouvre, sélectionne tout copie le et colle le dans ta prochaine réponse.

il m'affiche une petite fenetre indiquant protection de fichiers Windows: " des ficheirs nécessaires au fonctionnement de Windows ont été remplacés par des fichiers d'une version non reconnue. pour mantenir la stabilité du systeme. Windoxs doit restaurer la version originale de ces fichiers"
est malgré le scan avec BitDefender, il reste toujours le virus.

bonjour
voila le rapport Combofix, aprés le scan de combofix le cercle rouge a croix blanche est suprimé, mais lors que je me suis connecté a internet il est revenu a apparaitre, et mon antivirus m'a affiché qu'il a detecté plusieurs infections.

Bon,
tu n'as pas installé la console de récupération lors de la session combofix comme je te l'avais demandé. Il faut le faire : elle te sera peut être utile dans le futur !

Voici le coupable du retour de l'infection : sys32_nov.exe
C'est un dropper qui dès que tu es connecté à internet fait revenir l'infection.

Alors,
> Nous allons installer la console de récupération (si cela n'est pas déjà fait) par mesures préventives :
- Clique sur ce lien pour aller sur le site Web de Microsoft : https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/310994
- Descends jusqu'à "Téléchargement du fichier programme des disquettes d'installation" et clique sur le téléchargement correspondant à ta version de Windows XP (Édition familiale ou Professionnel) et au Service Pack que tu as installé.
NB : si tu as le SP3 alors choisi celui du SP2. Si tu as XP Media Center alors choisis XP Pro Service Pack 2
PS : Pour connaitre ta version d'XP : Menu démarrer => executer => tape sysdm.cpl puis sur <Entrée>.
- Enregistre le sur ton bureau.
- Fais clisser le fichier télécharger sur Combofix comme sur cette image : http://img.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/usage/rc.gif
- La console de récupération va être automatiquement installé sur ton PC.
- A la fin de l'installation, ComboFix va afficher un message signalant qu'elle est installée et te demandant si tu veux effectuer l'analyse de l'ordinateur. Réponds : OUI
NB : Ne choisis pas l'option "Console de Récupération Windows" lorsque tu démarres ton ordinateur, sauf si tu y es obligé pour démarrer.

Cette manip. est spécifique au PC de l'utilisateur ayant créé cette discussion. La reproduire sur un autre ordinateur pourrait endommager le système.

- Crée un nouveau document texte : clic droit de souris sur le bureau => Nouveau => Document Texte, et copie/colle dedans les lignes suivantes :

- Enregistre ce fichier sous le nom CFScript (Type du fichier : tous les fichiers)
- Ferme tous tes navigateurs web (donc copie ou imprime les instructions suivantes avant si besoin est).
- Désactive ton antivirus et tes autres protections résidentes (ex : Spybot) si tu en as (c'est important).
- Fait un glisser/déposer de ce fichier CFScript sur le programme ComboFix.exe comme sur cette image (Explications du glisser/coller : Clique sur le fichier CFScript, maintient le doigt enfoncé et glisse la souris pour que l'icône du CFScript vienne recouvrir l'icône de Combofix. Relâche alors le bouton de la souris).
- Combofix va démarrer puis une fenêtre bleue va apparaître. Au message qui s'affiche (Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) : tape 1 puis valide.
- Patiente le temps du scan. Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal !
- Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé sinon le PC peut planter !
- Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher: poste le stp.
PS : Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, il se trouve ici => C:\ComboFix.txt
PS2 : Il peut s'avérer que le rapport Combofix soit trop long pour être supporter par CCM.net. Dans ce cas utilise ce service http://www.cijoint.fr pour me l'envoyer (dépose le fichier puis poste le lien sur le forum).

Ok, très bien.
On refait un passage :

Alors,
> Avec Combofix :
- Crée un nouveau document texte : clic droit de souris sur le bureau => Nouveau => Document Texte, et copie/colle dedans les lignes suivantes :

- Enregistre ce fichier sous le nom CFScript (Type du fichier : tous les fichiers)
- Ferme tous tes navigateurs web (donc copie ou imprime les instructions suivantes avant si besoin est).
- Désactive ton antivirus et tes autres protections résidentes (ex : Spybot) si tu en as (c'est important).
- Fait un glisser/déposer de ce fichier CFScript sur le programme ComboFix.exe comme sur cette image (Explications du glisser/coller : Clique sur le fichier CFScript, maintient le doigt enfoncé et glisse la souris pour que l'icône du CFScript vienne recouvrir l'icône de Combofix. Relâche alors le bouton de la souris).
- Combofix va démarrer puis une fenêtre bleue va apparaître. Au message qui s'affiche (Type 1 to continue, or 2 to abort) : tape 1 puis valide.
- Patiente le temps du scan. Le bureau va disparaître à plusieurs reprises: c'est normal !
- Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé sinon le PC peut planter !
- Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher: poste le stp.
PS : Si le fichier ne s'ouvre pas, il se trouve ici => C:\ComboFix.txt
PS2 : Il peut s'avérer que le rapport Combofix soit trop long pour être supporter par CCM.net. Dans ce cas utilise ce service http://www.cijoint.fr pour me l'envoyer (dépose le fichier puis poste le lien sur le forum).

Ensuite relance ton PC puis :

> Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) : http://images.malwareremoval.com/random/RSIT.exe
- Enregistre le programme sur ton bureau.
- Double clique sur RSIT.exe
- A l'écran "Disclaimer" choisis "1 months" dans le menu déroulant puis clique sur <continue>.
- Si HiJackThis n'est pas détecté sur ton PC, RSIT le téléchargera ; accepte alors la licence.
- Une fois le scanne terminé tu obtiendras un rapport log.txt. Poste le sur le forum.
NB : Il se peut que tu obtiennes un second rapport nommé info.txt. Dans ce cas poste le aussi mais dans un second message.

le pc marche bien et je n'ai pas ni la croix rouge ni le message qui s'affiché avant en anglais ce matin j'a fais un scan avec malwarebytes et il n'a trouver que 2 virus qui a chaque fois que je les suprime et je relance le scan de malwarebytes je les trouve de nouveau:

Désolé pour ce retard. Mais j'ai du mal à obtenir autrement que chez mes parents que je vois de moins en moins une connexion web. J'attends mon futur FAI...

Sinon ça va ?

Alors (d'autant plus que tes logs sont longs à lire),

> Désactivation de service :
- Clique sur Démarrer --> Exécuter
- Saisis : Services.msc puis OK
- Choisis le mode "Etendu" (onglets inférieurs)
- Grâce à la barre de défilement (à droite) recherche le service suivant :

- Quand le service est trouvé double-clique (bouton gauche) dessus.
- Dans la fenêtre suivante qui apparait, sous l'onglet Général clique sur le bouton Arrêter,
puis déroule le Type de Démarrage pour le modifier en Désactivé
- Clique sur Appliquer puis OK.

Ensuite,
>Télécharge et installe Ccleaner (logiciel à conserver et à utiliser régulièrement) : https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/5647-ccleaner/ , si besoin est tu trouveras des Tutoriaux ici, ici et là.
(N'installe pas la Yahoo Toolbar)
> Démarre en mode sans échec : (image). Si problème : tuto ici
>Lance Ccleaner,,
- Choisi l’onglet "Options" puis clique sur "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures" (tout doit être supprimé).
- Dans l'onglet "Nettoyeur" clique sur "Analyse".
- Une fois l'analyse terminée, clique sur "Lancer le Nettoyage".
- Recommence jusqu’à ce qu’il ne trouve plus rien (cela varie en général entre 1 et 4 fois).
- Dans l'onglet "registre" => Recherches des erreurs => Réparer les erreurs sélectionnées => enregistre une sauvegarde => corriger toutes erreurs sélectionnées => ok => fermer.
N.B : Si Ccleaner te propose d'enregistrer une sauvegarde, reponds oui et enregistre sous 'Bureau'
- Recommence jusqu’à ce qu’il ne trouve plus rien (cela varie en général entre 1 et 4 fois).

Pour finir un dernier RSit stp pour vérifier qu'il ne reste plus rien.
D'ailleurs comment va le PC ?
