Remembering your username and password in SFR

Bonjour, in the new SFR messaging system, I have to enter my address and password each time. How can I save these elements so that I don't have to type them every time I use the messaging system? Thank you in advance.

    I have exactly the same problem since SFR installed this new email box. I've tried to contact them through all means: stupid and useless virtual assistance, online help, unanswered emails... Finally, by phone, an advisor simply explained to me that the problem suddenly comes from my computer... I don’t know what to do anymore...
    I think I will send a letter to the SFR customer service... Maybe someone has another idea?

    go to tools on firefox
    options security
    check remember password
    verify that http//sfr is not there, if so delete it

    then log in to the neuf webmail and a dropdown bar will appear at the top to remember the password for this site tap ok.

      I solved this problem with CCleaner
      first configured Firefox tool, option, privacy, accept cookies until they expire,
      then address bar suggest history and bookmark, confirm by ok.
      go to SFR mail, type in the address and password, and open the inbox
      open CCleaner, choose option, then cookies and move SFR cookies, and webeffective.kenote.com and arobase.org from left to right in the keep cookies.
      reconfigure your Firefox as you want, close everything and return to SFR mail and normally
      it should open the inbox directly ( it worked for me )
