How to find out who owns an IBAN?

Hello,
I want to make a purchase on a UK site, but outside the UK they only accept IBAN transfers.
I have been exchanging emails with a seller who provided me with the store's IBAN, but I want to make sure that the IBAN (correct, already verified) he gave me actually belongs to the store, and not a personal IBAN, specifically his.
Does anyone know if it's possible to verify to whom an IBAN belongs?
