Problème au démarrage

Bonjour,
Tout d'abord je ne sais pas si je suis dans la bonne rubrique. Désolé par avance si ce n'est pas la bonne rubrique.
Voila le probléme:
Ma soeur a acheté un netbook de Samsung le NC10.
Le problème a été que le bureau ne s'affichait plus, en faisant Ctrl+Alt+Suppr j'ai vu que explorer était lancé, j'ai donc essayé de le relancer mais rien a faire!
En passant par les taches planifiées, j'ai mis comme Tache explorer.exe a chaque démarrage, maintenant, le bureau s'afficha a tous les coups mais, le PC me semble lent et j'ai 2 messages d'erreur:
MagicKBD -- Message: The Maigc Keyboard is running
EDSAgentEX -- Message: Samsung EDS is already running
Pourriez vous m'aider SVP, elle a besoin de son ordi assez rapidement!

* Browse to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Controls Folder\PowerCfg
* Right-click on the “GlobalPowerPolicy” key and choose “Permissions”.
* Click on the “Advanced” button.
* Click “Add”.
* Type INTERACTIVE and click “Check names”, then OK.
* Check the “Set value” and “Create Subkey” checkboxes in the “Allow” column, and click OK, then OK, then OK.
* Do the same thing with the “PowerPolicies” key. fon
